Hi all. Today we have an unusual video. We will play Honkai Impact 3rd. Despite its age, the game is still good. It has very active gameplay and there are a lot of mechanics, it can take a very long time to understand it.
Therefore, I recommend trying it for those who like this genre of games.

for the ones that want to try the game:
first chapters fell "old" (the game has 7 years after all), but with each chapter it improve.
but if you don't want to play the old chapters, in version 7.3, part-2 will come out and you can play that part directly without playing part-1 and part-1.5.
and in part 2 (version 7.3) the gacha system will be reworked, fully equiping a character will cost 3 times less than before, so it will be much more f2p.
right now we are in version 7.1.
I shall wait for that rework of the game
But please don't skip the first chapter (part 1), the story is amazing

Can't believe Iminflame have like over 50 Genshin and 20 Star Rail videos before he even touched HI3.
I would be very honest, I hear a lot of good things about Honkai Impact 3rd, as someone like me saying that would play it but I never did, I never really got full attached to it After hearing most of the characters that were getting through Star Rail and seeing them as "expys" meaning that we're seeing their counterparts here, I will get this game a try, I hear a lot of good things about this game and hopefully I do enjoy it.
Just don't do competitive and you will be fine
you don't have to do all the competitive content , HI3 has so much content if you just play casually. The game is very fun and enjoyable even if you just play the main story. Also HI3 is way more generous with rewards and prices compared to genshin and HSR
First experience is not gonna be good tho. Old content is mid
Story ch.6+ is good but ch.1-5 is kinda boring if you pass ch.1-5 without bored the game then you can enjoy the story
You should play it. MASSIVE QoL and system changes are coming in Version 7.3 (currently 7.1). You will love it.
To get Jedi Griseo you don't need to pull, she's a SP battlesuit, so you can farm her like Fischl or Haxxor Bunny, 50 frags each week.
Griseo becoming a master Jedi was unexpected, but not unwelcomed.

I tried this and I was overwhelm by the amount of buttons on my home menu
they are reworking the interface, and in 7.3 part 2 will come out, you can play it directly without playing the old content, furthemore the gacha system will be reworked as well in 7.3. (way less crystalls needed to spend on gacha to fully equip a character)

I got into Honkai Impact 3rd about 4 months ago... *one of the absolute best decisions of my life.* 🔥
This game is so God damn fun to play and it's story is absolute top-tier (definitely Hoyo's masterpiece). I never expected to get as attached to the game as I got, but the amount of tears I shed for these characters before even hitting the halfway point of Part 1 is honestly crazy. (The game's cutscenes and sad stories hit so unbelievably hard) 😭

@@addan917вернулся в игру в начале патча 7.0. Многие кнопки попрятали и переместили(в меню валек) в новом патче, приходится перепривыкать к новому интерфейсу в меню валек v.v

Пробовал ли часть 2? Персы пока не особо впечатляют, но боёвка, имхо, за них поприятнее как то. И кто-то довольно клёвый выходит в след патче
I rage quit HI3 in 2018 because it started to get too much of a grind. I am tempted to download it again.
they made the grind a lot less. im not a very old player so i cant say TOO much, but i heard how awful it was, which isnt really the case now.

I wish this game wasn't so casual/newbie unfriendly. I've tried to get back into it multiple times only to run into serious issues since ofc, they do give a lot of free stuff and whatnot buuuuut: millions of materials to juggle, gacha equipment up the wazoo, and a few other things. The game ain't bad, it's just what I'd deem a bit too hardcore, plus it's way too far into its lifespan to start proper now. StarRail is more middle ground in the Hoyo trinity of Genshin StarRail and Honkai 3rd, so I stick with that one instead.
Part 2 will be friendly for f2p. 90 guarantee on valks, 60 guaranteed on weapon, free featured stig every patch, farmable feature stigs. More frags on dupes. Basically part 2 is a free game for meta players

@@cjwat1118 if you are new to the game i highly suggest straight for part 2 since you can go straight to part 2, but if you want maximum enjoyment with playing a loooong session play part 1. if you are waiting for a new story chapter in part 2, play part 1 bit by bit. Don’t force yourself to finish in one go, part 1 is long. Play at your pace since it rewards you with a good combat/story and crystals for pulls

Sure, why not, there are a lot of free stuff rn, also as far as I know in a couple of months the game engine will be updated and a completely new story will begin with new mechanics, characters and gacha system

Yep (if you care about the competitive side like abyss, etc) the powercreep is absolutely real, the game is obviously p2w but it's not that bad, you can compete as a f2p. And you still can enjoy the story and events without worry about any characters since they usually will provide that.
Honestly, the powercreep only start when you're at superstring red lotus/Nirvana but below that you can clear all the stage with scuffed team
Don't even worry about that tbh. Like the 1st person said, it only applies to the higher (we call them "whale tier" LMAO) tiers of the competitive side of hi3. You can complete these game modes as is (aka waifu > meta) and still get decent rewards.
I have like, no meta supports but still am in agony 3-redlotus, which is the upper middle ground of abyss, and I'm able to clear most memorial arena bosses with near max points. 😊
HI3 shills Senti so hard and yet Mihoyo still refuses to give us a Senti in Genshin.
