The fact that Star Wars came in DEAD LAST in a poll that was conducted...
there was a poll?
@La Maci Official or not EA is yet again ignoring what fans have been requesting for years, instead opting to fart out an advertisement for Disney's failed Star Wars Land and sell it to us as "content"
@@thegoodluckranger5129 Yes, fans want cars that won't work on any world in the game and will provide 2 seconds of gameplay before a cutscene.
Jesus fucking Christ, you're all wild. an insane impact that people want. What a waste of time.
It was no offical survey tho.
@@AnimationPB I mean if not cars, then more toy cars that I can upscale and use in my builds.
Sims 4: *is closed world*
Also Sims 4: Let's collab with a franchise known for vast open spaces
Makes perfect sense to me...
đ
Yes!! Thats the perfect way to describe why this pack just doesnt work
I would have been interested if it was a separate fully fleshed out Star Wars Sims game or if it was a space exploration pack with themes of the existing alien universe in Sixam. Having a Star Wars game pack for Sims 4 just feels like it's going to be disappointing because the gameplay will most likely be too lackluster for a singular experience and too specific to tie into everyday gameplay.
Well said.
The Sims 3 had the Sims Medieval as a standalone, and that game was gorgeous, fairly fun, and followed its own set of rules (actual drinking, sims killing sims, story focused).
This Journey to Buttmore or whatever it's called should have followed that trend.
Oh, and this would have been a perfect opportunity to test an _open world_ on the Sims 4 engine, EA! Come on!
I can agree. I think allowing you to build your own settlement on any planet you like in the star wars galaxy makes for a interesting story. EA definitely missed their mark to do something amazing. I guess theyâre just trying to stick with sims 4, which honestly is a dumb idea and they should move to other ideas
I miss Star Wars Galaxies.
Exactly my thoughts, if they were gonna do this it shouldâve been like Sims Medieval but I guess bc that game failed (unfortunently bc it was pretty awesome) they didnât do this
if this game would have been like Sims Medieval, this would have been great. I may have even bought it, but thi pack is so far off from the Sims... it just doesn't make any sense. Like, how do we have this before we even get burglars back into the game?
Imagine going to San Myshuno's park and Kylo Ren is there grilling burgers for everyone.
That just makes me want to buy it lol
@@cassiel.6918 okay
What I hate the most is there is literally nothing new in this pack as usual. It's like they are done with The Sims 4 and just recycle the features they've already added to the game before to make some more money with it before it finishes. We've already had the robots, we've already had the Star Wars themed costumes, we've already had a gamepack that offers a story in a desert type world in Strangerville - which takes an hour to finish- There's nothing new in this pack that adds cool fresh gameplay features to a game which lacks of it A LOT.
Yup. The animation for the crate opening comes from JA, the animation for shocking the storm trooper is electric shock from the base game and the lightsaber fights are from the swordfighting in GF.
EXACTLY!!! Also we have sword fights and scifi stuff in Get Famous, Aliens in Get to Work, card games in basegame(?) and Get Together. There seems to be a lot of build/buy recolors from Jungle Adventures, like that archway is the ancient window and those wall papers. Lot of basegame items and hairs in the trailer. Like what's actually new? Not a whole lot from what I can tell. It drives me mad when they do this. TS4 is very successful, why be so cheap EA? If they are going to sell pretty expansive packs I wish they would make sure they add plenty of actual NEW features. :'(
And I wish they would fix the core game and add things fans have been begging for since the beginning before releasing something like this. We get so very little sprinkled out over many packs and years. I love the sims series, but this is just such s shame.
I see what you mean, similar game play to jungle adventure/strangerville. The lightsabers could work like wand duels.
And the spaceships if we can fly will be like a broom probably.... mehh
Reusing old animations would be cool if that meant fixing the packs that had those old animations in them. Like, I'd be 100% fine with a "we are definitely just reworking old animations" pack that also aims to fix the current game.
Bruh, it took me a couple of weeks to finish Strangerville lmao đȘđ€Ł
disappointed, but not suprised
At this point EA could release a literal steaming pile of poo, and I still wouldnt be surprised :(
-_-
^x1000 how are peeps still suprised by the ea sims teams with theses lackluster packs/expansions
@@bethyi they could literally release a 500$ cheese wheel and i still wouldnt be suprised
@@krispyeggs The Sims 4 Cheese Wheel still a better pack than Star Wars.
If it had to be Disney, I would've much preferred a 'Disneyland' game pack.
letÂŽs make a pact everyone and not buy it.
Too late for that
A pact? Why would I ever buy that anyway?!
I can only imagine what my townies are going to look like now. They already look terrible but imagine them with this pack.
I can just imagine Tina Tinker giving me the recipe to fabricate a light sabre or something while she wears a Darth Vader mask.
.....no...now there is gonna be this combo : non working cc , eye ball ring , AND whatever is in this pack
This is what i fear tbh
-_-
đ Foreal! I wish we could turn off random townies.
The point is: We only get 5 packs per year. The last GP released September 2019. With every BAD pack they release, I'm not getting the content I want!
With the next GP being Star Wars, I will have to wait 6-12months for a GP containing hotels, snow vacation, werewolfs, fairies...
I definitely understand this as a factor. This year has been a bit of a let down for me.
And who knows, next pack could have that, or could be a all pack dedicated to change dippers, who knows đ€·ââïž
Yes!! So many people miss out the lack of a snowy vacation location and hotels! I feel like Sims 4 hasn't covered what has been available in the past games.
I remember with the sims 2 you (only) got 2 expansion packs per year, but those packs were all amazing with tons of new gameplay and something for everyone. I never got bored playing the sims 2. But whenever I get a new pack for the sims 4, I enjoy if for a couple of hours, maybe even a few days until I've explored every new feature. And that's also because the base game lacks depth, so no wonder they have to give us something new every 2 months or so to keep us coming back to the sims 4
I'm kinda sure the snow themed pack with hotel lot will be an expansion pack
Seriously, the most treasured Sims 4 contents I have came from Modders for free.
They want us to pay $20 for a playable Star Wars ad
I really feel like this should be a spin-off like Castaway Stories or Medieval. The pack itself doesn't look bad by any means, I just think it would be better if it was treated as its own thing rather than being an add-on to the main game that doesn't really work with the other packs.
THIS!!!
This is actually a really great idea! The Sims Star Wars! I might buy it! The Sims spin-off usually turns out great fun!
Thank you! I loved Medieval and it really needs more love.
DING DING!!
Actually it would had made more sense to make the Sims able to build a time machine and travel to the past, then you can go to a medieval or prehistorical location, which would be fun... This Star Wars thing don't mesh at all! I'm saving my money.
In a galaxy far, far away, there were bunk beds, real babies, and inclusive skin tones...
* cries in wishful thinking * đ
Yeeees đđŸ
Ah so the Sims 3? :P
atur chomicz basically
yeah but in this galaxy sims community is so easily pleased EA hardly needs to ever try.
they'll just tweak this formula slightly and announce sims 5 with some online interaction features and most of the community will pass out from excitement.
not only did nobody ask for this, but thousands of people specifically asked to NOT have this
Iâve seen a few people ask for it
Real sims fans remember the sims 2 had star wars and feel nostalgia with this
Theyâre making star wars pack yet they canât even make cars drivable like sims 2? This is such a waste. Why canât EA just create and get the littlest details better instead of âbigâ surprises like this?
Even sims 1 had cars. In sims 4 you magically warp from place to place with the help of a loading screen
?
Yet sims 2 did have star wars clothes...
I've spent more than I'd like to admit collecting all the sims packs over a long time! (yes even my first pets stuff) This is the first pack where I strongly feel I won't buy it. It doesn't mesh with my personal expectations within the sims gameplay or lore. Wouldn't it be weird having your sim using the force and looking at tie fighters or something but then the notification pops up for GeekCon and your sims goes and is surrounded by sims cosplaying star wars? It just doesn't seem to make sense and I don't think it was a very well thought out idea and it clashes with the existing implication of star wars being fictional within the sims universe.
I didn't buy the knitting pack either. I knit and crochet in real life but it looked SO boring. And I don't want this pack because it's so niche. I like star Wars but if I can't use any of the stuff in any way other than in batuu due to it not matching, like you... It's pointless
If it was a more generic sci fi world I think I'd love it, but like you said Star Wars just doesn't fit in
thats a really good point i forgot there was star wars cosplay in game already lmao.
Also the fact that they're trying to combine two entirely different lores really bothers me. The Sims universe already has aliens and magic.
Yeah it would work if it was meant yo be a theme park destination for sims to visit and explore and even get a job as one of the characters or even as a mini career path for teens and young adults staring off as the operator of a remote controlled droid and finishing the path as Kylo or Rey
We've gotten to the point where they've sold out the franchise to make a Disneyland ad. The future isn't looking bright for the sims and I'm sad we've lived to see it.
Just like how they "sold out" the franchise for Katy Perry. That didn't end the Sims even though people back then said it would. IDK, maybe have some perspective.
@@muticere The Katy Perry stuff blends in with the stuff already in the game. I couldn't pick most of the items in that pack out of a line-up with the rest of the crazy stuff in Showtime. The same goes for most of the other collaborations they've done. Even H&M came with recolours for every item with the logo on it so you didn't have to have it in the game.
This is pure Star Wars no matter how you turn it. They're including named characters and even the world is a direct copy of the new Disneyland theme park.
Honestly a general Disneyland pack I think may have been better received. A lot of people do like Disney/theme parks and we're still waiting on a vacation/travel pack. I think I'd buy a Disney pack and go to Disneyland wearing mouse ears, buying a mickey icecream and doing some direct activities + rabbit hole activities, interactions with a variety of disney characters would be cool. Disney as a franchise while money hungry does appeal to a larger audience than niche Star Wars that looks like it'll have strangerville level of playability.
I would have accepted a general vacation themed pack that was a Disney collab a lot easier than this. We are lacking the theme park vacations and this would have been a good collab for that, but this is not it.
Like was mentioned in the video, it looks like you have to make your own story in the confines of the vacation system, so it could never be a full story (without a lot of imagination).
Sad to see how far they've fallen. I've been a fan for years and it sucks
Just remember everyone...once EA closed down Maxis that was basically the end of future Sims game ever being made. All you can expect going forward is nothing but packs adding on to Sims4.
They still have 2 maxis offices, I thought. But even so, even if they make Sims 5 it'll be Sims4 put through the processor with some new graphics and micro-transactions to buy today's trending outfits or all the furniture a-la-carte. It will be trash.
Paralives all the way
Maybe so
As much as I am not a fan of this pack and wonât be buying it - when you said Nancy Landgraab piloting a tie fighter I was almost sold đ
I was hoping I wasn't alone on this đđ
To be fair, if I find out that you can *actually* Force-choke other Sims in the game (without having to use a mod you just know someone's going to make if it's not in the game LOL) I'd actually consider buying it on sale (because sometimes you just have to Force-choke a mfer in a virtual world). Although the idea of Nancy Landgraab becoming a Sith Lord is pretty damn funny (and sounds about right)...
@@jepleure I guess force-choking Nancy Landgraab might be a clincher for me too if we can't make her pilot tie fighters xD
Okay
I do think expanding on the "alien"/extraterrestrial theme would be interesting, as aliens have always been part of the sims franchise. However, branding it "Star Wars"-something kind of takes you out of the immersion and seems kind of pointless. I don't know, the stiff they made looks really cool, I just wished they had used this talent on something original and new.
Imagine if it was full on Sixam Game Pack with playable world like in Vampires - I would even survive for it being a DLC to DLC.
How about a world set on the planet Sixxam, the one the aliens we already have in the game come from? So far, we can only visit a hidden plot there, which is a shame, because that could be one interesting-looking, novel world.
If they actually expand the alien lifestate, enhance it, then yes, I would say that this game pack may not be as bad. Maybe new alien races, something-- anything, other than regular sims wearing an alien costume. Maybe new alien abilities and interactions. Really expand the whole alien experience. But let's admit it, that is something the Sims' team is just not capable of.
I know when some versions of supernatural had plants vs zombies content. but it sorta made sense with the pack.
@@wildcutecosplay I had that version, it came with a sunflower (they're a unit in the PvsZ game) which gathered energy you could, I think, use to fertilize plants, and a zombie t-shirt. Not much at all, but a nice gimmick.
I just don't like the fact that when given a survey of 21 things we want in the game.....star wars which was the last one picked with a vote of i think it was 2.5k and top being hotels. How did this happen? Why did we get this? Hey I do play swtor.....I play sims.....i play them for different reason and really does not make sense as to why it was add unless this is yet another money grab on ea part. I can go to another planet but I still can not drive a car? wow I would be just happy at this point for fixes to the game instead they keep adding and making it worse. I will not add this one......
Meanwhile, Instant Upgrade, even when not giving your toilets composting, will make your sim randomly pee fire. Still buggy 8.28.2020 Letâs not think of how townies will dress. Is it that hard to tell townies to stick to clothes of one color?!
Maybe such surveys are just some kind of "bait"? Like, they want to *seem* like the community has a say in this kind of decisions, but we don't and they still do what *they* want, because wasn't this the exact same thing with the other surveys? Don't know anymore
Wait I don't remember any survey with Star Wars also when did they release any results of those surveys. I remember that one that which asked if we want korean idol pack, hotels, snowy mountains etc.
It's easy. Disney is desperate. They're seeing diminishing returns on their IPs. Interest in Star Wars is at an all time low, especially for the sequel trilogy. Toy sales for the sequel trilogy are nonexistent. The Galaxy's Edge theme park was a flop even before the parks shut down. (They should have kept its original classic Star Wars design.)
Disney needs to drum up interest. So why not push or even pay Maxis to create an advertisement for them?
Because they work on things in order, and this was probably being worked on for a bit. Look how long it took for knifty knitting to come out after a survey.
They gotta follow what's set out for them to work on, and release.
The most "features" that are coming with this are already present in other packs in some form, the "reputation" system they're glorifying in pack's description is already present in Get Famous and Get Together, Looting and finding relics etc already in Jungle Adventure but atleast those packs came with things we could use in our normal gameplays, i dont see a single object or gameplay that could provide any value to non star wars gameplay
It's the same things we've had, only with a bunch of branding over it, basically.
You look cute đł
The sims is a life simulator and EA seems to have forgotten that with this pack. I'm placing the blame squarely with EA for this one, not with the sims team
I was fine with star wars content being costumes from free updates and small easter egg items. It's cool to have easter eggs to other EA properties. but that's all they should be. EASTER EGGS.
This is a pack i will not be buying - and has definitely left a sour taste for the sims 4 in my mouth for sure.
totally agree and i already play for free in secondlife.com
And yesterday we learned SimGurus chose this đ
I mean they already have vampires and aliens and mermaids and magic....so I don't think anyone can pretend it's a "life simulator".
THE SIMS TEAM IS EA.
So cosplay and a theme park cant belong in a Sims game? A life simulator? Where you simulate life? Just like how real life we can dress up or go to a theme park. You are trying so hard not to blur those lines when in fact what youre saying is that âcosplay and theme parks dont mix in sims4â. Im sure if a sixam theme park in sims 4 was released youâd be all over that with joyđ
Ea - We need too push more star wars content out and quick before Disney cancels the contract with us.
Maxis - Hold my beer.
Simmers - What have you done?!
Well...it'd make sense that they were drunk...
Matty Mill đđđtrue
Simsie: I only want to do gameplay
LOL! Good one, Matty!! :D
Why would Disney cancel the contract when they released/releasing a game that is hyped to hell and is going to sell? Not to mention Jedi: Fallen Order. No, EA will keep the contract.
i'm sick of the omnipresence of Disney in every entertainement. they are everywhere, and now even in my game. I definitely won't buy it. I could have found this pack OK if Ea had listen to the players for the many little improvements asked for years. (will we really have spaceships before cars ???)
The sims 4 doesn't have cars?
@@ambeegaming76 its been 84 years
*LOL* I made the same comment yesterday... X-wings before drivable cars? Then again I doubt the x-wings will be driveable either. I will buy it. I can think of a few scenarios I would try out depending on the setup of the pack. It isn't my favorite idea for a pack but I'm sure the packs I've wanted and gotten weren't liked by some either. It's not like you don't have choices. I do agree EA should take a breath from new content and fix some of the stuff that has been an issue forever.
Iâm sick of it too!!! Like get out let us have one thing đ
One day Disney will actually take over the world. Like a whole dystopia but Disney-themed.
I really hate this pack idea. How would the star wars content ever interact with the normal sims world? My sim can own r2d2 and learn to use a light shaber...for what purpose outside of this one specific pack? She's supposed to have a light saber duel and then go to work?
The sims team knows what we want because they conducted polls. You know, like the one star wars came dead last in? They know we want packs that add content to the actual base game that makes it more fun, not stupid side things that add nothing to the game.
Actually, unofficial poll not done by EA. But thousands of people still voted Star Wars dead last in 21st place, and that's still worth listening to.
@@Wolta no
@@Wolta Then they should've made it a spin-off like Medieval or you know, at least made the pack good gameplay-wise. As it stands now, it's way too uncohesive with the rest of the game.
I'm never going to get Eco-living... I'm not even slightly interested in Knitting... and I sure as heck am not wasting a single dime on this pack. Just about the time I thought the Sims team couldn't give us anything worse... along comes Star Wars?!?
I'd like to see ambitions that match careers instead of wondering what ambition my doctor should have while swabbing mouths to the top of his career. An ambition about wanting to be a great surgeon would be nice.
I'd like to see Sims dance together again... or play instruments together.
I'd like a place for my sims to buy groceries. Do I really have to pick my own veggies and catch my own fish? With all the other crap my sims have to do in their daily lives, they don't have time to garden or go fishing.
I also loved it when my writer sims books would show up on the library shelves. Speaking of library shelves, remember when every book you needed was already at the library? Poor folks could go to the library and learn what they needed there. Now you have to buy the books.
Not only that but we used to have telescopes that fit on a balcony or a small piece of the yard, now they're the size of a small plane.
Workouts used to be able to be done by exercising to their stereos. Now you have to buy equipment (yeah, I didn't get the fitness pack either; no reason to considering we have all we need from the base game).
More traits would be nice.
I also miss the NPC's going to work and not having access to them until after they get home, and they actually got promotions. NPC's getting promotions... imagine that! There's none of that now. Now NPC's are home pretty much all the time and you can visit whenever you want. I even miss getting told off for calling too late in the evening or too early in the morning.
When you turned aging off, sims still had babies, but those babies continued to grow to young adults when their aging stopped. Now they'll stay children forever.
Sims used to leave and get their own place when the number of sims exceeded the amount of beds, or if they got kicked out by parents, siblings or roommates when their relationships got too bad. The babies would be taken away or the NPC sims would have to find a better house if their homes had no bassinets.
Heck, I'd even like to get another blank area to fill with homes instead of getting these areas where there's two, maybe three, open lots.
There are a lot of things they could tweak and make better, but we get Star Wars.
I wish they'd have surprised us with a vehicle pack or a travel around the world pack
The amount of content you got in 2 or 3 is divided up, now. For example, World Adventures would be 4 separate DOCS and cost 5x more as well as having less content in 4.
Thos edreams arent possible.
Honestly, even if it was the good star wars, I wouldn't want it in sims.
ok -_-
You mean the one before Disney? I agree.

Moral of the story: everyone should boycott sims 4 packs until EA finally lets the sims team fix their base game. It's not like this pack seems too popular/anticipates anyways. I sure as hell won't be getting it and I think this is a good chance for people to sit out on a pack and tell EA with their money that we want them to give us a good game and stop pushing half-asses gamepacks (because let's be honest, this gamepack will *not* to justice to Star Wars. I'm not a SW fan, I'll admit - but I've seen how badly sims 4 packs have messed things up and how shallow they make the systems of what should be great)
Hello Luna, long time no see
NE0TIMELESS Hello! Please forgive me, I'm not sure I recognize youđ
I think what they could have done was expand on the alien world they already had-Sixam. Making this Star Wars themed sort of limits the Sims lore rather then expanding on something they already had, and feels more like a weird crossover rather then a legitimate part of the Sims. Plus? Sixam is so empty. They could have added more to flesh out the alien world. Something. Given us some reason to play as aliens or to even visit Sixam (besides the rocket skill or collectables)
As a Star Wars fan? This is just weird.
Yeah, I agree. I would have loved to see Sixam expanded to have residential lots and more to the world. At least a toilet. haha
And they could make aliens themselves more interesting, like adding some skills and such
So true, aliens just feel like playing a normal sim. Aliens used to be my favorite sim life sage in sim 3. In the sims 3 aliens had awesome powers, flying space ships, and summon rocks from the sky to kill other sims.
It's gratifying to hear someone else make the "why can't Star Wars fans just play one of the tons of Star Wars games that are out there" point, honestly. But my main objections are mainly around world integration. The world of the Sims has always been full of occults - including aliens - but it is fundamentally a world based around an Earth equivalent. I can go to Sixam (although why you would in TS4 is beyond me), but my sims come home to Willow Creek to sleep. I just can't wrap my head around how the massive Star Wars mythos is meant to be shoehorned into that, or how the Sims mythos is meant to fit into the Star Wars one. Vampires? Spellcasters? They just don't fit. I've been told elsewhere that I should just use my imagination and come up with my own story for why that's the case, but why should I have to do the work to fix the fundamental integration issue? Why can't the Sims team just lean into the awesome lore and mythos that they already have and give us something really cool?
The only way I would've bought this pack would have been if it had been a holiday destination world, like an ACTUAL Disney park that my sims could go on holidays to. (Bonus points if it came with a functioning hotel system I could use in Sulani etc.) As it stands, at least I get to keep the $30 it would've cost me (Australian prices).
As a fellow Aussie, all I wanted was Werewolves and Fairies to be included in game play like Vampires, Ghosts, Aliens etc
Is that too much to ask of EA?
It being a holiday destination world pack would be so fun! Like yeah, they shoulda just gave us a Disney Resort Pack đ
@@ZoomZoomBoom24 Man, I'd LOVE werewolves.
A recreational park for my sim families to visit would have better intergrated into our game. đ
"Why cant star Wars fans just play one of tons of star Wars games out there" well, is there any other sw game that let you make rey and kylo f**k? I think not
People will buy this pack like water, unffortunelly.
I don't even dare to buy this, I'm going to end up with Kylo Ren as a Yoga Instructor while townies are walking around in alien masks.
LOL
It's a destination world. Star wars characters won't invade the rest of the game anymore than Jungle Adventure people do.
I have a sickening feeling that this is going to be like Strangerville. My inner nerd loves Star Wars, I grew up with it. But I just don't TRUST EA to actually deliver a fully flushed out pack that has...depth. Because their track record over the last 7 years has shown that they can't do that anymore. Idk, I won't be getting this one, it just seems like it won't work and it will just disappoint me.
That's pretty much my entire reasoning in a nut shell. I love star wars too. But Star Wars is such a massive entity, EA would have been better off just releasing it as a separate game, much like The Sims Medieval.
@@vrshepherd7316 After just watching a few simmers play it, I think you are right. It should have been something like Sims Medieval. And I learned that I will trust my instincts a lot more because if this isn't an almost carbon copy of what Strangerville was, then I must be blind lol
It definitely deserves to be flushed đ
@@SirFaceFone Right down the toilet they plunged it from in the first place. Send it back! đ
Me and my wife is a sims and star wars fan, but mixing star wars with the sims, no a good mixture. They should have put there resources into making the sims 4 more open world, adding cars back to the game, making all careers something you could go to, more vacation places, a futuristic town (its own Eureka), in other works i feel the sims 4 is behind in gameplay compared to the sims 3. When the sims have a game that has all the content and tech of all the sims games 1 through 4 combined then think about expanding into new territory without Bugs. This would keep old players and gain alot of new players. Make the Sims Great Again lol.
Amen!
Sims 2 mixed with star wars
I finally went back to Sims 2 and loving it. EA has lost sight of what Sims even is. Too much to ask for customers to line up at the register like rl and TS2? Cars also bother me..Pulling into your driveway and the garage door opening was a small animation but they (TS4) cannot even do it! Lol
Sims 2 & 3 are the best. 2 for the quirkiness and 3 for making the game yours (I miss you, Color Wheel!)
its supposed to be a life simulator - this has become something else now, also didn't they already have a few star wars costumes as part of the base game?
Yeah, but I've never seen anyone use them except at GeekCon...
It's NOT a life simulator. It hasn't been a life simulator since The Sims 4 was released. It's a *STORYTELLING TOOL* now.
Yea I remember they have those but me and not even my kid would ever use the costumes but we of course used the bear costume alot!lol fml
What are those idiots thinking/doing over there? This was just so lazy to the point insulting tbh.
If I wanted Disney pack pushed on me they should of did Disney princess clothes and decor/furniture like a Renaissance or fantasy type feel. Or a focus on Disney consumerism Mickey mouse,Winnie the pooh,Peter pan and etc for kids rooms which I'd love a toddler wearing Mickey mouse ears! Imagine your sim using a Mickey mouse waffle maker even.
I already designed a sleeping beauty mansion that's all pink and blue mainly so I would enjoy that but it would be fun making your sim a Disney fanatic like the ones in real life.
I'm sorry did you say you want more Star Wars

As a huge Star Wars fan but theres legit no reason for it to be a game pack. I mean at least it has potential with mods but cmon man theres better game plays to be made
Feeling the same way. New customers that it brings in will be disappointed, I believe, because of the lack of gameplay compared to actual, full Star Wars games. But I hope they will like it.
ok -_-
The worst thing about this is, that we probably don't even get useful build or CAS items in this pack. I've given Strangerville a pass, because a lot of items were cute outside of the story line. This pack is going to be straight up worthless.
I agree. I originally bought Parenthood for the build/buy/CAS items which are GREAT, even though I don't play families with children. I bought Strangerville for the same things, and I love the Victorian house deco. I've watched the trailer for Journey To Batuu several times, and I can't see using ANY of the buy/build/CAS items ANYWHERE outside of Batuu. But it looks like we won't even get lots with this pack, so we'll be forced to use everything in existing worlds. No. Just no.
The main thing that surprises/doesn't surprise me is the fact that this is just Galaxy's Edge from Disneyland/World. Down to the food, making droids and lightsabers, and faction challenges. I kind of want to laugh *and* cry. XD
4:19 I was especially worried about that aspect. I don't want to see Bob Pancakes dueling with someone with a lightsaber or Bella Goth in some alien bar or whatever.
hahahaha
Bella Goth - Sith lord confirmed!
@@NeaEmrys It explains why she disappeared!
The "no one asked for this" still aplys tho... is an hyperbole, but you can see the dislikes on the trailer to see how upset the community is. And as community we didn't ask for this, is not even in the top 20 things most asked for the community, it never was.
Fair enough yeah. Definitely not in the top list but I think some people did get excited when the rumors it was SW came about.
@@CarlsSimGuides thank you carl i asked for it
@@CarlsSimGuides yes and even though it's hyperbole and meant as largely a joke, I think, saying "no one asked for this" is an awfully dehumanizing thing to say to/for the people who do want this. It just makes the whole discussion much more vitriolic than it needs to be, and makes those who are excited for it feel like the community is rejecting them. I'm not into this at all, but the amount of fights folks are having with each other online about it is very very upsetting and unhealthy. We can be critical of something, have misgivings about something, without being harmful to others.
The people who asked for this should have asked for a real star wars game and leave the sims out of it.
@@anniebanannie7420 same can be said about farming games no? Go play one of the many farming games instead of asking for a farming pack?
Why is EA doing this? This was the least wanted option in the list they asked us in those surveys. STAR WARS fans rather play a star wars game haha. Nobody wanted it. Why the hell is EA doing this? I thought we would receive what community asked: farms, horses, hotels.
Here's the thing: It actually does look amazing. However, Nothing about Star Wars connects into the Sims 4 world. It's a fourth wall breaker, and it ignores the Sims lore we have. In addition, if this pack has features like "choose a side," we had all best be hoping Sims fixes their 'choose a side' ratios for the game, looking at how EcoLifestyle is a bust in that area. There is too many new things that looks like they can be just as busted, and not enough play off the old packs with things that are busted to suggest this game pack will have fixed any of these errors.
I don't understand players who complain about recycling animations - YES! By all means, recycle old animations! Do so and deep dive into them and the game play surrounding them so you can find the errors! Work smart! Make something new AND fix the game! Stop making new things that are really tested, or don't fit the world...and make the game playable.
I think my biggest frustration right now is that the game feels like it is only catering to builders in previous packs, and now to a company agreement. New things...whatever...who cares? If fixing the game isn't good enough (I don't understand why, quality over quantity should sell better, right?), then I'd even be willing to pay stuff pack price for the team to just all turn and focus on fixing all the bugs. Make the game playable again. Shoot, just fix all the new errors in the past year that we didn't have a year before now.
I would be excited for this if the game WORKED, because you are right. It looks great. As it is, when I load Sims, my internet is off. I am afraid of even updating it, given that updates tend to actually cause more bugs. I would also be excited if I new Star Wars Sims would....stay in Star Wars. I really don't want them roaming around anywhere in the game (or the buildings? that build smack in the middle of Willow Creek looks wrong and weird). Again, it looks great. But it is not the Sims. The team has done great barely-concealed crossovers before. They could do it again. It didn't have to be so in-your-face.
And, yes, the energy put into this is disappointing and frustrating, because of everything said above. If the Sims team can't even fix all these new bugs that have popped up this year, they shouldn't be forced to put so much effort and time into all these new things. Or, you know, at least make updates optional. I don't let Samsung come into my house and "fix" appliances I bought to make them work, and I'd demand a refund if they did. I just...wish that things that were digital were given the same level of respect...
I sincerely hope that the team addresses the community's frustrations, and I also hope that we as a community can truly show the self control to not purchase this as a matter of completion or whatever. It's not being spoiled or whining or anything...it's asking for stuff no community should have to ask for. Don't break the game, and fix it when you do, and why does it feel like a life simulation game is catering to builders? Why on earth is this game lacking in areas that were so basic to previous games?
A thoughtful acknowledgment and response that was specific and deep-dove into the problems the Sims team are facing would gain them a lot more patience and respect. Feeling like we're asking a void that says nothing but demands money and breaks what we already paid for is.... it's not a surprise things are coming to a head.
unless I can force choke a sim it's not star wars
Or give them the skywalker treatment. Put your hands in the air, oh wait...
Probably going to come with mods or not already.
And mind control đ
So, I'm guessing it'll either be "open-ended" (AKA nothing) or some sort of Strangerville plotline with a Star Wars veneer slapped over it. My expectations are already low, I'm just hoping the alien sims are _actual_ aliens and not just townies in costumes, that the new world (or worlds but that's being optimistic) isn't _too_ small and that we _can_ use dark force powers like choking people, but I'm highly doubtful of all of these.
...I just wanted werewolves gdi đ
They could have added werewolves in Cats & Dogs, I still don't understand why they didn't. Heck, even cat people lycanthropes, Idk. But alas, this boat has sailed. Instead we got a giant hamster ghost in the following stuff pack and I'm still salty about how stupid that was.
@@BrunoSantos-sb6vh we dont speak about the giant hamster ghost, but they need to add lycanthropes to sims
@@BrunoSantos-sb6vh A few simmers (including Carl IIRC) have spoken about how packs that would've all been included in 2 and 3 are now broken up into multiple packs for Sims 4, i.e. Tiny Living + City Living + Eco Living all fitting together (and of course C&D and MFPS), etc. Both that, and us getting shorted like this (with werewolves _not_ being included in Cats and Dogs) is a sign that EA is doing all that they can to take our money for as little content as possible. They're trying to see how little they can give us and still hold on to their fanbase. Even what we've seen in the Batuu trailer is just recycled animation after recycled animation with a Star Wars logo tacked onto it. I mean, Sims 2 nightlife gave us a new area _for every single world_, nightclubs, restaurants, vampires, bowling, karaoke, a matchmaker NPC, Mrs. Crumplebottom... Meanwhile, Sims 4 has a vampire pack, a restaurant pack, a bowling pack, and so on. They really take their loyal longtime fans for granted and I'm ready to take my dollar elsewhere.
I mean then they would require you you to have get to work to get this pack cause aliens were introduced there, they're not base game. And i don't think EA is going to do that again for a pack cause that's flopped with my first pets stuff. So it probably will sadly just be normal sims in costume
Baby comes out wearing the Kylo Ren helmet... đ
honestly as most likely other have already said this would have made a far better "sims medieval" style spin off rather than a game pack.
do i like the idea of this pack? sure.
do i think it'll mesh well with the current state of the game? .... ehh... unlikely, the games in a bad state since Realm of magics copy pasto, eco's sheer short falling and knittings lack of arts and crafts.
i can see this pack being a huge let down and a bad pack over all, BUT i would happly eat those words if proven wrong, and as you have said carl im hoping that this doesnt bleed to much into sims 4's base world, though one bleed over i'd happly have is the alien sims roster also filling up with star wars aliens BUT ONLY at Saxim special lot and portal+satellite "alien summons"
though if i can have a pet gonk droid then pack will be 11/10 just be cause you cant mess with the gonk.

P.S. Batuu is the Star Wars land at Disney World/Disneyland. So yeah, it will be one tiny area. In the storyline of the Disney World area, Black Spire Outpost was used as a Resistance hideout until the First Order arrived. I imagine this will follow the same story.

The Sims series is full of niches. It's a niche game.
@@AnimationPB My guy, the supernatural pack in sims 3 was one of the most hyped up packs. Everyone wanted that. Vampires in sims 4 was a flop but mermaids had a lot of people excited and Realm of Magic was pretty hyped up too, and even now people are still begging for vampires. And who didn't want toddlers? Everyone was many pissed that they hadn't come with base game like pools and second floors (if I'm remember correctly). While there might be other niche things in the game, those aren't it.
@@AnimationPB werewolves, not vampires, sorry about that.
Personally, I think this will be great. If I understand it correctly, you'll get a StrangerVille style story combined with Jungle Adventure and Realm of Magic type mechanics. Three game packs for the price of one!
Oh yeah - /s
How much did EA pay you?
"and it comes out as white as the driven snow" đđđ
Yep, I peaced out after Realm of Magic. I've literally been with this franchise since the beginning and have bought the vast majority of packs and content across all four games. I'm done. I'm out. Sims 4 has never really captured my interest or imagination like previous titles, and it's a relief to have finally given up on it.
They don't care about us older simmers. We can't even get features we had almost 20 years ago in the game now... TS4 has brought in less money and excitement than 2 or 3.
Sims 4 really is a disappointment. Just look at how packs were handled in previous games compared to now. Sims 2 Nightlife gave us bowling, vampires AND restaurants, as well as karaoke, matchmaking & blind dates, a downtown area, Mrs. Crumplebottom, etc. Meanwhile, Sims 4 has a bowling pack, a vampire pack, a restaurant pack, and karaoke in City Living. Sims 3 supernatural gave us witches, fairies, werewolves, improved vampires and ghosts AND traits to match. Meanwhile, Sims 4 has vampires, realm of magic, aliens in get to work... and that's it, they're all separate, and there are no matching traits, only aspirations which are either too easy or (still) glitched out.
The lore isn't even as fleshed out as it was in previous games, premades don't have the correct relationships as stated in their family bios and no relationships with sims outside of their households either (I think the Realm of Magic sims are the exception and they're still boring). They even went as far as whitewashing the Caliente sisters and retconning their mother out of existence for _freaking Katrina._ It's a slap in the face to longtime players, period. I've been a fan of the Sims since the first game for PC _and_ console because of the sheer goofy open-ended charm it had, which kept me playing and loving Sims 2 and Sims 3, but Sims 4 has _none_ of that charm, not at launch and not now. EA needs to step it up, I will _gladly_ miss out on this pack.
This is just another pack I'm adding to the "Won't ever buy" list. It screams Disney's desperation (even though this was in development for at least a year by this point) given recent news I've been hearing about how they're bleeding money. Packs like this are where I speak with my wallet and refuse to buy.
Hopefully, it sells poorly and tells EA we don't care for Star Wars, NOT tell them we're done with Sims 4.
I wish it floped too, but it happened the same with Eco Lifestyle. We were supposed to be "boycotting" that pack because we thought it could be a game pack, included with tiny living, etc. But people bought it like it was running out. I know there's going to be a lot of people buying it, but I won't be one

I have all the packs (except nifty knitting) and I think I just bought it to have them all. I love the CAS and B&B tho, just not the playability
Lmao bruh I want whatever drugs the sims management team was doing when they decided this was a smart idea. This game has sold out so hard its just so laughable, I didnt really know how EA could be any more money grubbing with the Sims 4 but lo and behold. I feel so bad for all the people who still play this game and were looking forward to good content but then again i mean what do you expect after the last 5 years?
It's why they're cashing in on the younger (re: naive) demographic who'll buy and defend even the most mediocre of DLCs.
I am a casual Star Wars fan, I even kind of (well, with the exception of ONE) liked the new movies. I am a realism sim player, I would not play this but for those that will - you hit the nail on the head! The gameplay is going to be lackluster, the animations will be repetitive, and it'll be rabbit hole after rabbit hole. I feel bad for those that are excited because the Sims could never live up to their expectations, it's a shame.

"... a cast that never leaves this place..." We actually have that in both Strangerville and Jungle Adventure. You don't see the 'military' and 'scientists' from Strangerville in the other neighborhoods and you don't see the townies from Jungle Adventure in the other neighborhoods either. I WISH there were a cast of spellcasters that you only saw in the magic realm.
However you are completely right and it will not go to depth that any of us would want it to. This was EA and Disney working together to promote both instead of either of them giving us quality content.
To be very honest again, my niece (i know I mention them a lot, but they are my play buddies) asked to play sims 3 a couple weeks ago and I was like well, yeah, we sure can. And so the last couple weeks we have been playing 3 and it just so completely drives home what is missing in 4. Now, all my girls have been playing since they were about 4 years old, they come to Auntie's house and thats what we do. The oldest is now 22 and the youngest 14 (almost, two months, she already says 14). THEY are saying things like how sims 2 and 3 were more for adults and sims 4 is for kids. THEY are saying, maybe sims 5 will be more adult and vampire can be truly evil, that witches can do real curses on people like sims 3 started towards. You can see the kind of games we play. But the point is that THEY are asking for more depth in the game and that sims 3 started that way and they are disappointed that Sims 4 went the other direction. As they are HUGE star wars fans (that are very upset on the SJW trend the franchise went in) I cannot help but think this will be a big disappointment to them.
Yes I will buy it. Yes I will likely enjoy it. BUT I will not enjoy it as much as I did the Supernatural pack in Sims 3 or World Adventures in Sims 3 or Into the Future in Sims 3 ... I think you see where I'm going.
We DO play occults in the sims and it seems they are trying to add what they DIDNT in the other packs in Sims 4 that was missing, which they could have just put a control in to keep them out of the game for people who didn't want them but give them to us that found them to be a staple in our games from Sims 1 on being as most of the cool item from the other games came from them. This has turned into a rant that sounds quite familiar to me and probably many others, but the point that I was originally going toward is .. if Sims 3 had done this I would expect it to have a lot more depth than we will see in Sims 4 and we would enjoy it more than I'm sure we will.
Sims 4 was entirely designed to get console players. Everything is simplified for console players: different color skins not color wheel, transitioning to different lots instead of driving/biking there, cartoony graphics instead of depth, animation instead of movements, etc. When it came out, they said it was because they wanted a game that could last on current PCs but this version was build for the console, not PC and it shows. Everything is simplified, and of course, the gameplay is as well.
Reason we don't see people from JA and Strangerville is because of one mod to prevent them from ever leaving their neighborhoods. I have that installed plus TwistedMexican's story toggle mod to turn OFF Strangerville. When someone comes out with a mod to restrict Kylo Ren from showing up in my normal 'hoods and a story toggle to turn OFF Star Wars, then I will consider buying Star Wars because I am such a completionist for all of the Sims games I own.
@@dannamcpheron3410 I don't have a mod like that. The only mod I use is the one where people don't get angry at aliens for being aliens. I don't see strangerville or the jungle adventure people walking around my neighborhoods. I did have one come to my house after I made friends with them and invited them over once, but that was something that I initiated not the game.
This would've been received better as a stuff pack. Unfortunately, the CAS and build items don't seem like they're even up to par with some other stuff packs.....
compare this to tiny living... there is no competition. batuu is basically a more expensive stuff pack.
@Destroyer Of Worlds I can see some of the items being usable ford fallout/post apocalyptic gameplay, but even that's super niche.
"if you wanna play a star wars game, go play a star wars game" --- THIS a million times
but yeah, like i've said over & over, every mod i have in my game is to make it MORE realistic, this BS is the complete opposite of that, this is gonna be the pack that finally breaks me of the need to be a completionist...it's utterly ridiculous, 55k dislikes on this game pack trailer & counting
totally agree and i already RP in secondlife.com

Yep. I'm actively not going to buy this and I'm a completionist. I'm livid
Well Iâm excited, my wife brought me Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order when it came out & for a EA game the graphics & gameplay were amazing minus the bugs of course but I loved it so Iâm actually happy to see it being implemented into sims 4. Canât wait to bring my saber to the Geekcon festivals lol
Iâm - this close - to just going to the bank and withdrawing a loan to make my own game at this point
While the Star Wars theme of this do interest me a little bit, the whole deal with the main characters from the movies being in this pack is kinda off-putting to me.
Why not just have a generic Jedi/Rebel and Sith/Empire faction instead? But nope, someone somewhere apparently want those faces everywhere.
I would have loved an inspired-by-Star-Wars pack so, so much. Even if we get rip-off versions of the main cast (I would have preferred from episodes IV, V and VI but whatever). But using the real names/terminology/symbols is blatant advertising / a cash-grab to bring in new customers and to expand their brand's reach.
The sad thing is that the new customers are _probably_ going to be disappointed. But I hope they will like The Sims.
Yeah. Give us a Darth Jim Pickens.
I like the Sims. I like Star Wars. I never wanted the two to meet.
one thing i noticed in the trailer is that one of the aliens uses the same voice actor as a similar character form star wars rebels.
Nobody's going to attack you for not liking the pack, in fact, everybody hates it.
I was actually excited for a galaxy/space theme GP. Galaxy build items, expansiĂłn on the astronaut career, new species (maybe the werewolves are an alien experiment?) a new Planet/neighbourhood.... Something similar to strangeville (i actually liked that pack. I played the storymode with a group of teenagers who had to save the world, it was fun). And you know, maybe some updates in the base game along the way. But nop. It's frickin star wars.
They could have had a galaxy theme GP with Star wars references but as always, EA really likes to feed us breadcrumbs instead of the whole bread.
Yeah I'm really afraid this is all contained in that one world while maybe you can use force powers and droids when you leave. Hopefully this does lead to new/unique powers and not like RoM where you can find every spell in some other format in the game.
Me too. I'd love this if it was a generic space sci fi pack, but not Star Wars
Yeah, I was really hoping for sci-fi or space stuff. But definitely not Star Wars. Hell, Star Wars is becoming pretty unpopular these days thanks to Disney and Kathleen Kennedy. They can't give their toys away.
I can see something like this working as a stand alone, like the 'stories' games they did with the Sims 2 gameplay. Being a pack makes it seem shoehorned. I've tried repeatedly to feel invested in Sims 4 because I've been playing Sims games from the start, but I honestly think I'm done.
On the plus side, I found out yesterday that despite all the stories online about it not working, Sims 2 works perfectly for me on Win 10, so I'm good with that.
You were lucky because the fact I could not get it working was the reason I originally changed from 2 to 4. I'd never played 3.
@@rolandbaldwin try sims 3! Its a much better experience than sims 4! Plus all the sims games are super cheap now but make sure you computer can handle it lol
I think it should have been a stuff pack. That way you get to make the characters and sets you want but it doesn't mess up the game's lore. It also leaves more to the players imagination.
Sara Miles Honestly, I cant wait for them to release the 64-bit MAC version of Sims 3, as I donât have a PC. I wanted farming, horses or werewolves (or, why not, all three?), I've never been so disappointed by the developers. Seems like I won't buy this either, If that's what they want.
Farming is already in the game. I think you meant Rancher.
@@Joeykm1972 I meant horses and country living. Growing animals, and such. If that's what you meant, then I agree.
I always say that I am not sure to buy a pack at first, because of the bad reveal trailer they make, but this time, its for two reasons, its not star wars like I loved and knew, its the sequel, so I dont like the movie the characters... and also because I dont want to support such a franchise that have been shifting their masterpiece storytelling, into a SJW narrative, as a fighthing platform. Non surprising you dont see any of the good male protagonist or lead character in this trailer or gameplay if I may say. They dont even create good female character, or believable ones. Ashoka was a great exemple, but the crazy feminist on top of star wars now just want the force to be female, and before her the force did not even have a gender. What a big sexist she is, boooo to Kathelin Kennedy, may I say, she is behind it for sure on the colaboration.
Wow. Even back in the day the Sims 3 team had the common sense of making The Sims Medieval a separate game, despite the community asking to integrate both concepts -- it's a good example of how players have no freaking idea of what they want. I'm looking at you, laundry/knitting stuff packs.
Would I buy TS4 SW as a separate game? Probably not, but I'm not the target anyway. Maybe if I'm a completionist. As a gamepack? Hard pass. I don't know what's worse: Laura Goth casually strolling Batuu in a red dress or Stormtroopers fishing in Oasis Springs.
It looks like since Realm of Magic the Sims team is in a Kamikaze mission to kill the franchise at any cost. Well played, guys. It's working.
There actually was a sims 3 medieval pack (the one with the dragon)
Interesting input. On the contrary, I might actually buy it if it were an entirely separate game as it might mean a lot more Star Wars with SIms-style gameplay, not just SW stuffed into Sims world with very little tie-in. Also yeah Sego G is right there was a SP with baby pet dragons and stuff but not with real game play like TSM. And I rather enjoyed TSM myself, because it wasn't trying to just be a standard Sims game!
@@Kabotynka nah Its definitely a whole pack for $20 basic or $35 for the gold edition. There was a town and everything. I remember being so excited about it
I still like TSM even though it's completely different game-play. This 'voting' idea is just rigged from the start. They know what they want to make regardless of what the players actually would like
I would definitely buy a spin-off of The Sims Star Wars, if I could have Sims Build/Buy mode, character creation, and gameplay style, *but in an entirely Star Wars universe.*
Besides, just imagine how many "aliens" are going to whip out their cell phones to browse the web or play a game. That just doesn't happen in Star Wars.
I feel this is another Strangerville, limited plot line pack. I don't see how this can work with Sims. Its just a weird fit.
Thanks for always being fair and honest, Carl. I'm looking forward to your thoughts on the pack. I agree for the most part. I love star wars, but I'm not sure how great these additions are going to work. Might be fun for a few hours, but I might wait for sale.

I'm not a SW fan so I wouldn't have been excited regardless, but some people have pointed out that this pack probably would have been much more well-received if it was released next year... AFTER we'd gotten some stuff that the fans have been desperately asking for, especially stuff that appeared on polls, ESPECIALLY better skintones. But right now, a lot of Sims fans have already been feeling let down and dissatisfied by the latest packs. There was ALREADY sort of a tense energy in much of the playerbase. This pack was a shot at redemption and they blew it on... a brand crossover?!?! It feels so incredibly tone-deaf and, to be honest, like a blatant cash grab. We already knew that EA has been pretty greedy but this feels like a new level. I just have a sour taste in my mouth at this point.
When Sims 4 first came out, and for a while after, I was one of its defenders, and now I feel like I made a mistake for that. It's an awful feeling to defend a game only for it to go and double down on its flaws to the point where you feel bad that you ever stuck up for it... Not to mention all the money I've spent on it. God. A while ago I uninstalled Sims 4 and reinstalled Sims 3 instead. I keep wondering if the next pack will make me want to reinstall Sims 4 again, but... well, not so far.
If you're one of the lucky players who's excited for this pack, great! I'm genuinely happy for you and that this pack can bring joy to somebody. But I hope the reasoning for the bad feelings is obvious, and I hope that EA listens to player feedback this time, since they don't seem to be doing very well at it so far. I also hope that people who don't like this pack don't buy it anyway just for the sake of having a new Sims pack, because that teaches EA nothing. Clearly what they prioritize most is money, so don't give it to them if you want them to listen.
I love Star wars, I mean the real star wars not the sequel stuff, so I am highly disgusted by this and wont spend a penee on that garbage. I will never support that era of star wars anymore, the movies were a big mistakes from my part, I should never have seen it in theater. And I would have love something that doesnt bring the resistance and the first order, but more of the Empire and the Rebel... but this is it. Star wars and the sims is dead nowaday. The good days are behind us, and for the first time I comit to not buy this pack. I will probably just look at gamechangers gameplay just for the sake of curiosity but I wont support this, my moral is too much hit with this. R2D2 is not even on the cover art, they had to put that pink one, again just for the cutsie females... and not for the real star wars fans.
When Kathelin Kennedy took over Star wars franchise from Georges Lucas, and I saw her saying the Force is female (which never ever had a gender in the past) I knew Star wars was over for me, because of her crazy feminist idea planted into a big platform that is Star Wars. And then we saw only the big lead character being arrogant females they can be ungrateful, say and do whatever they want without consequences (when Rey hit luke behind his head just because he doesnt want to train her... wow what a good teaching for younger generation, so thats ok to hit a man just because he doesnt want to hear your bullshit?) Of course the great storytelling was over because they started to use it as a SJW fighting platform instead of sticking with good storytelling.
The good days with Luke and Lea, with Annakin and Ashoka and padmea are gone my friends...
Let die those two franchise, a better futur without all that bullshit is coming I am sure of that.
Like every CZcamsr I have seen so far I have problems picturing how they are going to intergrate this pack into the Sims universe.
I love how you include that bunk bed in there in space. I agree too. I do also love star wars, but I think not in the Sims for sure. IDK how the gameplay will work, but I do be liking the build and buy mode, but maybe that's about it. I'll see more into it when the livestream comes out >_
The bunk bed floating thru space đđđ
I was trying to digest this whole idea of the SW being in the Sims since the reveal and I have to say I would've been way more excited and accepting of it if my present game wasn't buggy. I would want them to fix the number of issues we are still facing so everyone can enjoy their game to its full potential (even if it's not that deep) and be open to new experiences such as the SW pack. It's just an awful timing and poor treatment of their community that upsets people that bad including me.
I'd rather get shot in the foot than play this.
Same. The pain of a bullet lodged inside my flesh sounds more fun than this pack.
i donât think itâs going to be THAT bad đ
@@LpsLovley It's literally not what we asked for. There's other things we need far more than THIS.
@@RosheenQuynh Pfft. Like what, chasing sheep and growing wheat? *snore*
@@e.v.emmons8567 Tf are you talking about? We need more accurate skintones, actual babies, bunkbeds, farming, matching furniture, werewolves, more musical instruments and music genres, etc... The list goes on. We did NOT need this crap
I'll enjoy this pack for about 10 minutes and never use it again I imagine.
