It’s amazing that you used a real rose to create the file. I might try the same when my garden roses bloom in spring. They’re more ruffles and scoop inward.

Jennifer, thank you so much for the easy tutorial. I tried to do a rose like this but i got tired of cutting petals and never got round to the actual rose. The manual cutting was very time consuming and cumbersome but i'm not familiar with the cutting machines. The actual process of putting the rose together seemed simple enough, but now i have to go buy the machine and learn how to use it. i'm decorating for my daughter's baby shower next month and i need these flowers. Great job.
The Cricut cutting machine makes a HUGE difference when it comes to cutting. I don't think I'd have had the patience to do all the cutting without it.

Super beautiful, I just can't get enough of this giant flowers! I've done a few for my daughter's birthday and they add such a nice charm to any wall. The only thing is that I had to cut everything with scissors and it took forever! Next time I'm hoping to get myself a beautiful Cricut!

Would enjoy a giant peony tutorial if you don't already have one. I use a different cutting machine/design system, so I didn't think the Cricut/Design space specific content would be helpful. But it actually does provide a good amount of direction that can be applied to my own system. Your ideas and techniques for perfect details are the best!!
