CMS has released the CAHPS Hospice Survey Quality Assurance Guidelines (QAG) V4.0 and recently conducted their annual CAHPS Hospice Survey Update Training highlighting updates and changes to the CAHPS Hospice Survey program. The QAG provides the requirements and regulations regarding Hospice CAHPS participation, including clarification on what survey vendors can - and cannot - include when reporting results from Hospice CAHPS surveys.
