I fell into Infection control/staff development nursing and I graduated nursing school almost 4 years ago.
I got my first nurse manager position before this position.

I'm so glad I ran across this content! I think I (inadvertently) applied for a per diem job, as a quality improvement nurse, here in the Bay Area (I'm from Houston!). By the way, have you considered doing an interview with Jason on Nurses to Riches? I'm pretty active on his CZcams and think you'd be great to share insights with him!
I just started working in Quality a few weeks ago. I am doing a few audits and will learn core measures in a week or two. I am going to see every one of your videos because I think you are just so awesome

Thank you soo much. I am so happy to have found your channel. I am Rpn in Canada and I don’t want to be a bed side nurse any more. Please any advise on how to start from RPN because for now I am a community nurse and we don’t really have lots of meeting participation. I have wanted to go back to school but was not sure what to do. I really love a flexible job and not to worry when I go home and I can work from home. Please help .
