- Stocking up on Bass Fishing tackle with a $100 limit for the WHOLE YEAR. Shopping at Academy Sports and Outdoors with none other than my good friend, Justin Martin!
The challenge is simple. We have $100 each to spend on tackle that is going to be effective throughout the entire year. Then we are going to drop in and go over each of the different techniques and try to catch a few.

I love the action of Googan Baits Bandito bug, but there is no way I would buy them on a budget that was supposed to last all year. I go through a whole pack of them in one day, and that is with using super glue when they tear.
You ran into the same problem as most of us. Bandito bug will be wearing them out but you run through a pack in 10 minutes when they’re on it good. It’s still one of my favorites.

Good video! When your on a budget, it is hard to trust anyone endorsing a product they won’t use themselves. You see these pros endorse budget rods but use one the cost $400 or more. Good work gentlemen.
Nice! Reminds me of fishing Percy Priest and Lake Barkley with my cousin. Usually we would meet at Barkley, me from St. Louis, and him from Nashville. Then, I’d spend the weekend with him and we would hit Percy Priest.

Look at all those Wheeler signature rods, the Academy in my town doesn’t carry them the last time I went to it. Was a sad time was wanting to get one since I’m trying to learn how to bass fish. Love ur tournaments never miss them.
