sailed half the globe without the auto pilot working, its no drama, you get used to it. As for ropes in the prop get a good, ribbed diving knife or a meat cutting scissors, those work well. For zip ties, make sure you get some stainless-steel ones, that works great for all kind of emergency repairs. Great to see your videos are back

I think it was 1991 was the last time I was in the Keys.. I remember scuba diving and there were Jelly Fish all around us and we couldn't see them until they were pretty much right on top of us.. I think 1991 was the last time that I was in Florida..

Anytime I will be taking a trip I would load my dog's crate into my van. And he would immediately get in it. I would try to explain to him we're not leaving for 2-3 days he did not care. If I tried to pull him out of his crate even though the van was just going to be sitting there he would refuse to eat and he would growl at me❤❤❤

@@IslandKey Hi Kelly. It's cool to hear from you. I currently live in western NC, but I grew up in Boynton and Delray in the 60's & 70's. Also lived in Palm City when my wife and I were first married.
Feb 2020 my wife and I had had been camping in JD State Park. When we got back home your channel popped up in my suggested videos and I have been subscribed ever since.
As a kid my family went camping/fishing nearly every other month, and for a while we kept a boat stored in Port Salerno too.
So many of your videos are shot at locations that I have visited or lived in and they are such a delight to see. This one has gotten us planning a trip to the Keys. Thank you!
