there's reason to believe that SpaceGodzilla MIGHT come to the MonsterVerse. Proof: In the GvK novelization, Jia tells a story about a member of Godzilla's species consuming a star. Something like that. There is even some kind of cave painting with Kongs as orange, Godzillas as blue, and a Godzilla as yellow. It's on some box, and the yellow Godzilla could be SpaceGodzilla. Basically, it took both Godzillas and Kongs to take him down.

In hindsight I kinda wish they could have done more with the wings, so that they could rotate so the flat side of the wings could be horizontal. We could get cool diving poses! Ah well. Also, since we’ve seen neca is making a new Godzilla with the argo, here’s hoping they give us our larva! It’s good I don’t have the neca Godzilla yet because that Argo could be cool
I'm glad they screwed up the Godzilla and not Mothra, like it's a shame Godzilla had eyes and teeth like that, but Mothra is more important, and they did pretty good.

My experience with NECA joints makes me worry about the longevity of those wings holding position. I wonder if SH Monster Arts will have better joints to combat droopage in the long run?

The body size to wing size ratio look of the Bandai vinyl figure is what Dougherty should have created in doing the new Mothra IMO. This really small body is not growing on me. I did finally accept the redesigned look, but size does matter in the kaiju universe.
I got mine from Gamestop today and I'm upset. Mine came with a loose wing and the other wing was off my figure. One of the middle arms is missing and the outside arms do not move. Very disappointed.
Mines comes on June 6th from GameStop. They delayed it for some odd reason. The MonsterArts version will be Live for Pre Order on May 31st, alongside Rodan's. I honestly can't wait to get these. I'll pre order them on GameStop. BTW, SHMA King Ghidorah's box is...HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t know. It’s movie accurate but it so close to a Jax pacific toy. It’s just not impressing me at all and the fact you are stating other people are already having breaks, loose joints, etc that’s not a good sign. Typical Neca quality issues.
Honestly this is miles different than the Jakks figure. And yes, this is a situation where when it's good, it's fan-frickin-tastic, but it can easily go south.
Steven's Toy Reviews I really have a love/hate relationship with Neca. Like you said when you get one their figures with zero issues you feel good and it’s a worthwhile experience but man, I’d say 75% of their figures I’ve had issues with. Even needing a hair dryer is a bit much in my book. I shouldn’t have to do that. When I have to do my own paint touch ups or heat a fused joint, or try to stiffen a loose one, or buy a separate base that keeps the figure from falling off my shelf, or having two right hands or feet on one figure or having the joints break from just carefully moving them, that’s a problem. I feel for collectors that buy Neca’s figures and do a lot stop motion photography because just moving the joints a few times can really permanently loosen them too much. I actually miss the old semi movable statue figures they use to do. Yes, they were much more limited but, much less opportunity for breakage. I’ve just mainly have moved to Mezco One 12. Yes more expensive but in my experience a much better quality product. Plus Neca’s price point is t that great anymore. Their ultimate lines are now 30 to 35 bucks a figure, their retro line? 40 plus?!? Their 1/4 are now 130?!? Yeah sorry but the lower price point isn’t low enough when really the quality of the product hasn’t gotten better. Unfortunately I still buy their Godzilla line because I feel every other Kaiju line is too high. Figure arts is great but their Godzilla line is way too high even for them. X plus is where it’s at but I’d have to take out a loan to buy all the monsters I’d want. I’d love to see a Godzilla line that ranges between the 50 to 90 dollar scope. But hey that’s just me.
