There is nothing like the India, Vietnam, Japan version. Because of local regulations, some features are not available in the Middle East region like call recording. So typically Samsung releases just two versions - international and Middle East. If you are planning to buy Samsung phones in Dubai, go for the international version as you will have more 5G bands and call recording features available.
