Somebody better be more certain than "Hope" there is oil and gas down there, or they will be looking for a new job.
We have infa red cameras that pin point oil reserves before they ever move a rig to that location. Also with directional drilling tools you simply can't miss. Hope you have a better idea about the industry now.
