As Leader of the House, Moggy was responsible for Government business, and for facilitating H of C's time for backbench business, time which she seems to be utilising. By the time she spoke, he'd already done his job. Nowhere does his job discription also indicate that he has to listen to the chuntering of people attacking the Government, especially when the Greens have only a one seat mandate in the Commons........
