Rob, my goodness you are a freaking fountain of knowledge! I’m an aspiring outsourced accountant eager to learn the ropes and start my professional business and it’s channels like yours that seriously help so much.
Maybe I overlooked it but could you make videos of a “how to” or step by step guides for varying aspects of accounting, marketing, consulting, sales and whatnot? I really do enjoy hearing how it is done and mentally mapping out your strategies, but sometimes a visual helps really solidify things for me.

When you say you replace the staff of client, does it mean you depute one of your staff to client full time or you manage that remotely? Sometimes client prefers to have someone to reach out to at any given time. How do you handle that expectation?
