But they shut the road at night making us do a 20 mile diversion , go figure . Good for them but impacts my fuel bill for the week
Could you please explain why the road is not being put into a tunnel, rather than a deep cutting?
Because when they did the costing it would have cost about £1.5bn to construct it as a tunnel.
