Does Shayne get more hours in a day than we do? Like, how does he know so many movies, TV shows, and video games, AND have time to discuss them with 50 different coworkers???
He got a very highly packed schedule, I think they shoot one month of video in a week or two(for pit, game, mouth), so he work very hard for a week or two(for smosh at least), and have a two weeks for his life(reading, hanging out, casting call, etc)
Also, since he’s admitted to always having been an actor of some sort and never having a more consistent rigorous job, if he’s passionate about watching content, I wouldn’t be surprised if he has spent a lot of his downtime for the last decade or so absorbing content.

@@ConnerTurmon I mean, people forget that Dragon Ball is like 900+ episodes or that Pokemon has 1255 episodes right now, yet hardly they would be the top 3 ever, as someone who is a fan of anime but also american cartoons and tv shows, One Piece is not in my top five despite being my favorite anime ever
@@Deather2012 Right and I don't disagree with you, I guess the point I'm trying to make is that anyone willing to commit to the entirety of those thousands of episodes probably has it in their top 3. For those who don't have it in their top 3 probably haven't watched the entire series cause they didn't deem it worth it. Maybe not though. Top 3 is a very tight range and I guess you could commit to thousands of episodes but still have other shows that you like better. Especially if its a series you just put on in the background while playing games or doing something else.
@@ConnerTurmon I ,mean, there's also thousands of series, watching the entirety of what's right now of one piece shouldn't automatically make it your favorite series, you can catch up with 20 years worth of episodes in 6 months at a normal pace or in a year, it's a really good experience but the length shouldn't be a decisive factor for it to be like your top 3 ever

I know Shayne is really good at this and it's clear that he knows Courtney and Damien so well, but he also seems to know Spencer really, really well. He seems to know those three people immediately in all of these.

@@olgagutierrez199 spencer, courtney, and damien tend to have pretty specific vibes plus he roomied with damien for a long time and he's worked with courtney pretty much the longest out of anyone there other than damien. as for amanda, doing a podcast with her just gets him such a deep insight into the person she is. like he started nailing amanda's lists almost immediately after smoshcast which became smosh mouth came back.

I love all the Twin Peaks representation from the art department. Cassie picking all three seasons of Twin Peaks as three favorite shows is such a mood, though.

But, honestly, it's great to see how attentive Shayne is to his coworkers.
When it comes down to the last two Top Three lists, Shayne should be allowed to see both lists side-by-side, since the last one will just be obvious every time. Would give the series a little bit of an extra kick, I think.

I love this series, but I do really wish that Shayne had he ability to skip and come back to some sets that he’s not as sure about, so that he has the opportunity to guess what he feels strongly about first. This format always makes things really fizzle out by the end, because there’s only two people left by the last ones he gets to.

I think because Shayne is such a book lover he should guess people based on their favorite books.

I think this series is really cute, it really shows how much attention Shayne pays to his friends and coworkers, like, yea sometimes he doesnt get it right, but remembering someone talked about a show they like and being able to guess so many of these? that's awesome and adorable.
