Khal_SRT, Just FYI, you can't just register any Rebuilt Title from another state without going through an Enhanced Inspection back in your home state so you should advise your out of state buyers on this additional cost per their home state to help you not catch any bad slack over the deal!!!
Salvage title or rebuilt title you've got to check with your insurance company🤑
U can put full cover insurance on rebuilt title. I have been doing for over 14 years here in Michigan. In case your rebuilt tile car get totaled again the insurance usually pays you about 80 % value of KBB .

Pretty sure that the credit union or any finance institution will not encumber a salvage title.

Not true, if the car is x-amount under book and strong credit, some banks will pick it up. I specialized in selling/financing branded title cars.
