I usually put at least $160 away bi-weekly and continue to add anything I can from there using only $10 bills (you can use whatever bill you would like)
Please understand I usually take on more than one challenge per year because I enjoy the experience and I have been trying new techniques electronically to help those who are more of the “I don’t keep or have cash on me” type of people.

You can bet that I will NEVER use jugs to save money. All it takes is one crook entering your house and all your cash is history. I keep my savings in a safe that is well hidden and nothing much in my decoy safe, which is not that well hidden, anyone is welcomed to take that one. I only keep my property tax money in a savings account in the bank. Don't trust banks either.

Great idea using the jugs; harder to open the better. I'm starting a 52 week challenge January 1st. I have two safes well hidden, one easier to find with not much, the other were I keep my cash savings ($1,000 by the end of this year). Have one bank account for things like property taxes. My debt is down to $548.00 to a credit card and $1,334, on my mortgage. I'm very cheap so half my Social Security goes to the mortage. Next year, I will feel RICH. I'm 73, never too late.

So happy I seen this video, I’m a part-time retail associate and get paid biweekly. My personal bills are under $300 a month due to not having to pay rent, I’m 19, my boyfriend and I have been living together for two years now in a family home. Currently working on building my credit score, and saving for a car. This just got me pumped to save money! Currently trying to save $100 per pay check so $200 a month♥️♥️

every solid $10 dollar bill I've been going through unspent singles and fives to make tens I've ask family for solids tens for exchange of the singles or the fives it's exciting to me also because I'm steady going and...no one knows what's I'm doing I'm saving my money. I can't thank you enough....I'm just putting solid tens in the box until it's completely filled..to where I can't fit any more. With no definite date of opening the box

@@october80zkingz29 as of lately I've sort of fell off the band wagon because I've been out of work but I only put solid ten dollar bills in this shoe box even if I'd have two five dollar bills or ten singles I'd ask a family member can I give it to them for a solid ten...that's not mandatory what ever you comfortable with and able to save you do that I'm a single parent of two children under the age of ten years old I would pay all my bills and put whatever I had left over up to save. I'd make my own lunch from home I wasn't buying restaurant food or extra snacks I was really trying to discipline myself.

For those that are wondering how much she did every week it rounds out to $60 every week for 52 weeks. So you could do $10 everyday of the week besides 1 of the 7 days. Its honestly not a bad idea. If your a beginner I would definitely recommend starting with the $5 challenge. I feel like if I would of started with $10 my fingers would of been dipping in the pot a lot lol.

idk !!!!!!! Just save any amount you can using any dollar bill you choose! Just pick a start date and and end date! It’s random because everyone’s situation is different so we all may or may not save the exact same amount some may save more than others or vice versa 😉

You did better than I did, I gave my self a budget of $200 savings every paycheck equal to $400 a month.
I have 2 kinds of budget, 1 for spending and the other for savings.

That's what used to get me off track (casino) but now I put the bills in a coffee creamer jar and gorilla glue it. I cut a slit in the top( just enough to add money). This way I can't see the money. DISCIPLINE

Yess boo that’s right that what I did the best advice is to put it in a high yield savings account or start now with a Christmas fund/club at your bank ( this what you’ll be less likely to go into it b/c they will penalize you if you do go into it) but yes put away what ever you can without sacrificing everyday necessities and get a side hustle of any sort: hope this helps 🤗💞

I’m kinda iffy about it only because I find it hard to find products that we actually eat 😩 we’re such picky eaters in my household but I do love the concept and everything they stand for so I do recommend it. Candy Dreams yes, I’ve been on it for almost three years. At first it is a little difficult to find rebates that suit you, but once you’re on it a while it should start giving you more items to receive cash back on. It is a really good concept and once you reach $20 you’re able to cash out. I send mine to PayPal and then straight to my bank account.
