I dont know if you mean the boat or the President himself but the Ship USS Ronald Raegan has been in Yokosuka since 2015. She was replaced by USS Theodore Rosevelt as America's carrier in Yokosuka just 1 week ago.

Actually she isnt a dreadnought at all. she is a pre dreadnought, built prior to hms Dreadnought, the first dreadnought.

You can tell she is pre-dreadnought because she has lots of smaller cannons on instead of just the big ones.
It's been a few years since I was there. I picked up the model kit for souvenir.
