I hope all is good. This week we transformed my E92 M3 street car with this new Carbon plenum and intake system.
I'm so happy with how this thing sounds now. Hope you guys also enjoy!

The sounds is unreal. Very few engines can even come close to the sound of an S65 with a carbon airbox. A true motorsport dervied unit!
Give the engine bay a clean or i will fly over, quarantine for 14 day's
And smack your bottom.
That induction sound is epic. Spine tingling. Reminds me of the e46 csl intake noise but with obviously 2 extra fun chambers

I get the same feeling with my 4AGE Blacktop with 4 velocity stacks on the quad throttle body, absolutely love it. NA Induction is the best :)

We added this kit to a 2017 fk8 and tested on dyno and gained 30ish bhp. No jokes. Serious kit

Have u booked the VRT yet? As far as I could see they are fully booked out for the rest of the year and then it might be a bit more difficult bringing it in. Hope it all works out

Interested to know whether you've done the rod bearing replacement or not, and what's your take on it. As always, great content James!
The rod bearings start to have issues when the engine is driven from cold, same deal with the S54 and S85
Gotta wait for the oil to get up to temperature, then it's viscosity is lower and it can lubricate the bearings properly- when it's cold the oil is too thick for the tight bearing clearances 👍

James, what is your take on rod bearings. I have heard so many varying opinions. Based on the content and how this car is driven by CZcamsrs, your opinion has weight. I have a '13 e93 58k km on it. I don't drive over 2.5k rpm until the oil reaches temp. Should I just change them for maintenance/safety of the motor? Throttle actuators I can just buy and keep them aside until they give in or just do them both?
