Just finished eating these for dinner. 🔥 . Best oven rib recipe out there. I tweeked the dry rub just a littlle bit. I used 1 tsp of Chipotle pepper powder instead of 2 tsp of chili powder and I used 1 tsp of smoked paprika instead of 2 tsp of paprika. Will be on the dinner rotation from now on. Thanks for this video.
Wow. I usually boil my ribs first. Then season them. Then bake them. Note to self: I just bought spareribs tonight and I'm using your recipe. Grateful for your video!👍
i second this only because pork has so much connective tissue that needs to be broken down and rendered. my favorite ribs were made this way and it kept them juicy and tender without drying out like some smoked ribs are.
yum. let meat sit for an hour to 1 hour and a half seasoned before cooking. Let sit on counter coming to room temperature for that duration! bake 1 hour each side before broil. Great job Patrick!
PLEASE do not cut your ribs before cooking. Cooking a full rack together will make it more juicy, and first add a layer of honey mustard ( you wont taste it, it will hold the seasoning, and make a nice crust, trust me) next add your seasoning, put on a GREASED pan. very greased. Then after 2hrs and 10 minutes take it out, put on your favorite barbecue sauce and i put chopped onions too and put it back for another 10 mins
Have you tried this recipe yet? These ribs are super tender, moist, and delicious. You get seasoning and bbq sauce all around each rib. Don't knock it until you try it. My wife liked these ribs better than my buddy's full racks smoked in his pellet smoker. Actually, I'm making them for the 4th time right now.. Can't wait.
@@drakes1515agree I sometimes cut mine and they are very juicy and moist plus you get that seasoning and bbq all over the entire rib and into the bone
@patrickzeinali 300 degree Fahrenheit or Celsius? And up and down baking or grilling or air conditioning because there are a lot of information I missed
Rather than broil for the 5, could you probably do with throwin em on a grill for a bit? Say you’re waiting on the last round of burgers and dogs to come off, just slap these bad boys down?

What kind of bbq sauce do you use?
Do you have any recipe for lamb ribs ?
Its the same
Can you use any bbq sauce or specific kind for cooking?
Your preference
Do i use the same temperature for the 5 mins after adding sauce?
Very delicious.. but fall off the bone is shit I'd rather fight for that last skin before the bone
is that Fahrenheit or Celsius?
Fahrenheit
Can I substitute the mustard powder for just mustard in the bottle

Why cut them before? We don’t cut steak or chicken, I wonder why 😂
Because cooking a whole rack of ribs will take longer to cook and wouldn't be fall off the bone after 2 hours.
