This almost made me cry remembering the adults around me in school making everything worse by panicking and treating me like I was having an anxiety attack (the brown bag thing from movies etc).
Even now, as an adult I always go into a bathroom stall or somewhere else so I can hyperventilate in peace😌

As a asthma person myself I think this is a great video during these times. Allergies have been a killer for mine 😵🥴

I’ve never been diagnosed with asthma or anything at all so when I start breathing heavily and feel like I’m gonna pass out I usually try breathing and end up making everyone worried
Just used my inhaler and was looking at videos I need to catch up on for comfort and to relax - this was perfect 👍

For Anyone Who Doesn't Know What Asthma Attacks Are Like, I'll Explain. It Feels Like Someone Is Sucking The Air Out Of You/*Dying* And You Can't Do Anything About It Unless You Have Your Inhaler With You. From My Experience It Last About 10-23 Minutes And It Takes 10-15 Minutes To Recover From It. You Have To Be Careful While Laughing, Talking/Yelling, Singing And It's Such A Pain. At Least 3 People Die From Asthma Attacks Per Day
*And Telling People "Just Breathe" Is Not Any Help At All*

Nah, literally yesterday. But this was really nice to listen to. All the steps, keeping calm, using pump and holding your breath, I don't use a nebulizer but it was a nice feature for those who do and I know feeling guilt is irrational but it can ruin plans. Even the listener putting on pj's. I tend to nap after asthma attacks because it takes a lot of of me, but just getting comfy also helps.
