    Zayka Ka Tadka

    Spring Onion Pizza Paratha
    Ingredients
    FOR PREPARING SPRING ONION STUFFING :
    1- Spring onion / Hara pyaz - 1/2 Cup finely chopped
    2- Gram flour / Besan - 2 tsp
    3- Salt - As per taste
    4- Red chilli powder / Lal mirchi powder - 1/2 tsp
    5- All spice mix powder / Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
    6- Turmeric powder / Haldi powder - 1/4 tsp
    7- Coriander powder / Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp
    8- Cumin seeds / Jeera - 1/2 tsp
    9- Oil - 1 tbsp
    FOR PREPARING SPRING ONION PIZZA PARATHA :
    1- Whole wheat dough / Gehu ka aata - As required
    2- Pizza sauce - As required
    3- Cheese slice - 1
    4- Clarified butter / Ghee - As required
    5- tsp = teaspoon
    6- tbsp = tablespoon
    Instructions
    FOR PREPARING SPRING ONION STUFFING :
    1- Take spring onion, gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, all spice mix powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, and oil in a bowl. Mix well. Keep it aside.
    FOR PREPARING SPRING ONION PIZZA PARATHA :
    1- Take medium soft wheat dough and make two round shaped small circular pedas from the dough. Dust it with flour and roll a peda to make a roti and keep it aside. Make another roti.
    2- Take one roti and apply pizza sauce. Then spread spring onion stuffing. Add cheese slice to it.
    3- Place the other roti over it. Carefully seal the paratha borders with a fork.
    4- Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with ghee. Place the stuffed paratha on it and cook it on a medium flame.
    5- Flip the paratha and cook it on a low flame for 3-4 minutes and keep pressing it. Cook it well from both sides by applying ghee to it. Once it is done, take it out on a serving plate.
    6- 'Spring Onion Pizza Paratha' is ready to be served.
    Oats Vegetable Paratha
    Ingredients
    1- Oats - 1 Cup
    2- Carrot / Gajar - 1 Grated
    3- Spinach / Palak - 1 tbsp Finely chopped
    4- Salt - As per taste
    5- Red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder - 1 tsp (optional)
    6- Oil - 1 tbsp
    7- Whole wheat dough - As required
    8- Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
    9- Clarified butter / Ghee - As required
    10- tsp = teaspoon
    11- tbsp = tablespoon
    Instructions
    1- Roast oats in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Let it cool down and grind it for a few seconds to make its powder.
    2- Take roasted oats powder in a bowl. Add carrot, spinach, salt, red chilli powder, and oil. Mix well.
    3- Take the medium-soft wheat dough and make a round shaped big circular peda from the dough. Dust it with flour and roll a peda to make a paratha.
    4- Apply ghee to it. Now spread the half side of the prepared paratha. Start folding the paratha to make a triangle shape. First, fold it into half. Then fold it again to make a triangle shape.
    5- Top the paratha with coriander leaves and roll it to make a triangle paratha.
    6- Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Place the paratha on it and cook it on one side. Flip it, once it is slightly brown.
    7- Apply ghee on both sides and cook on a low flame. Press the paratha while cooking to make it crispy. Once done, transfer it to a serving plate.
    8- 'Oats Vegetable Paratha' is ready to be served.
