Try to avoid buying foods where you do not know where they came from or how humane they are treated during the processing. No animal deserves inhumane treatment. Recipe: 1 Cookie Sheet - Spray with Olive Oil. 1.34 Pounds of Ground Organic Beef, Gluten Free Bread Crumbs - 1 Cup, 2 Eggs, 1 Teaspoon Garlic Paste, Spices of your choice 1 to 2 Teaspoons, Shredded Cheese - optional around 1/2 Cup. Take about 1 Tablespoon of beef and roll into a ball and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
