I’ve felt the same way, working in project management for a utility company-coming home miserable, crying, feeling horrible because of the chaos and the lack of planning. But the pay was so high, I felt like I couldn’t quit. I found another job with equal pay in similar industry and if I hate managing projects at this new engineering firm then I am going to nursing school-and I’m 47.
Thank you so much for sharing your story - I personally believe that it's never too late to switch careers or pursue something you're passionate about. As I've gotten older, I feel like it's ever more important to find that thing which brings us happiness and fulfillment. We only have so many years, so why not make the best of it all 🙂 Congrats on the new role and I hope it brings you more joy than the last place. Wishing you all the best on your journey, whether it's in project management or nursing!
That's awesome, thanks so much for offering! :-) I'm curious to hear - now that you've gone through the application process and studying in the program, what are the 1-2 things you'd tell younger yourself to prepare for before going into this profession? Thank you

I like the separate videos. It's like a video call.
It definitely is tough making that transition. I am glad it worked well for you! Hope for the best.
Thanks so much for your kind words! It’s definitely going to be challenging, but looking forward to the learnings :-)
I’m in nursing school if you ever need any tips or advice
