- In honor of Black History Month, the LA Chargers are recognizing members of the Los Angeles community who are making an impact. Tobey McIntosh grew up skating with his friends in South Central Los Angeles. When he would watch skate videos and flip through skate magazines, he rarely saw people who looked like him. The desire to see more representation in the mainstream skate industry led to McIntosh founding Crenshaw Skate Club.
