Buff Dudes has had an awesome peanut butter cookies recipe for the past 5 years
Finn The Goldfish just add them
you hear that brahsss cookies are back on the menu
TrollogyExpert this is not a cookie recipe, followed exact except i used casein instead of whey and it its fucking pancakes
@@lutfisksoppa2122 I just made them and said the same exact thing. They're spongy and kind of plain

32g Pbfit (Or whatever you have Pb2)

Anyone know the cup measurements are? Lol
Just a chef tip: mix your dry ingredients together first and you get better distribution of the leavening agent, then add your liquids.
And use a sieve

Can u leave out the pb2?? Will it Fck up the recipe?
Moon Knight sure u can leave it out.
@Nice Try Gamer Appreciate it!
If only the cookie monster had this recipe years ago, he would of been shredded on sesame street💪💪💪
I can only imagine the cursed image
A shredded Cookie Monster would be pretty awesome!

I’m convinced Rem is trying to pay cash for his new house with all these videos he’s been dropping so quick! Killin it!

Baked for 7:30, probably would have been fine with 6:30-7:00. Fresh, the cookies were a little dry and spongy, but still good. However, I put them in a Tupperware for storage and when I went back for one after about 2 hours, they were moist, softer, and even tasted better. I also froze some, and those were good too. Wanted to share so others don't toss their batch after the intial result.
As an experienced cook I could tell the batter looked more like one for a sponge, so instead of making small cookies I decided to make a cake which came out very well.
Itried this and it came out as sponges. Do you know what might give it a more cooie like texture?
@@brandonchavez6315 you need fat. It's all protein and no fat at all. Peanut butter can work.
LoL that’s amazing you could tell by the batter. They did come out like sponges 😔
I made them using baking powder the first time instead, and they turned out with the same texture as biscuits or scones.
@@NinersGuy04 guess its not difficult to see the ingredients are more similar to a cake than a cookie. Wish it came out like a cookie hahah
Recipe: 92g or 3 fluid oz. egg whites
30g or 1/4 cup all purpose flour
20g or 3 tablespoons coconut flour
6g or 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
62g or 2 scoops whey protein
32g or 4 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
10g or 10 packets splenda/low cal sweetener
40g or 2 tablespoons sugar free syrup
170g or 3/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
10g or 2 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
30g or about 3 tablespoons low sugar or sugar free chocolate chips or chocolate chunks.
Combine everything into a bowl, and whisk for 3-4 minutes
Optional, let sit 15-20 minutes in the fridge to firm up
Cover 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray(parchment is easier to clean up)
Use spoon or other round utensil to spoon dough onto baking sheets
Do not cram pan, cookies expand a lot in the oven
Bake at 175 degrees celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes to 7 1/2 minutes
Bake until a finger touching the top doesn't sink into the cookie
Eat your cookies
Optional: If you don't finish all the cookies at once they are very good frozen

Remington is seriously upping his cookbook game with this upload frequency
Thank you!!! I just started my anabolic journey a few days ago and Ive been digging all these recipes so thank you again. It's given me a few to use and a base I can use for referencing different types of recipes
5:14-5:40 is one of the most wholesome things I've seen in a while. Thanks for making these awesome recipes and grinding out the videos rem, but also thanks for all these fun clips with logan. Can someone compile every clip of logan on this channel into one video? I would watch it.
Greg doucette will be proud of his son!!!
Lol
Just ignore the fact that he counts macros x') But that's actually really nice to enjoy ''crap'' in a healthy way!
what about will tenny?! remingtons greg’s brother or nephew or something
@@wellingtongirouard-robinso4885 he doesn't care about macros really. I'm sure he just puts it in for those who care.
man I've got to say, Remington's cookbook sounds awesome
I've already got Greg's one which is amazing as a concept of healthy, delicious anabolic food.
But I have to say that from the look of these videos this guy has way better recipes and to be fair he always gives credit to Greg where it's due.
Yes he copied the concept but in the end we all get more healthy and more happy and I'll bet Greg is not even mad
I will buy Rem's cookbook today
I don't get how people say he copied the concept when he has been making recipes like this for over three years. Greg didn't invent the concept of eating macro friendly foods
@@Dominik.S. facts. Plus there are guys like The Protein Chef who've been making videos for almost 10years, long before Greg even had a channel
Hey Remington! Big fan here, I’ve put on muscle and lost fat due to your videos, love how you keep it simple. Keep it up man 🤙🏻👍🏼
Mine also turned out like pancake consistency but a little tip: let them cool down and then toast them before eating them and they become nice and crispy like a "normal" cookie. My kids loved them too ! Thanks @remingtonjames
Am I the only one who wants more burrito recipes. I’ve been making more kinds but always looking for ideas.
I just tried them now and let me tell you they are delicious. Didn't had the syrup and coconut flour so I just used 55g normal flour. Will try different variations of these. Thanks man for this awesome cookie recipe!
I was thinking the same thing. I get enough fiber and I dont need the syrup lmao
Bro yours the consistency of pancakes? Just threw some syrup on mine and called them pancakes but they slapped!
@@danielshoaf1637 mine were like biscuits, a little soft on top and well made on bottom. After they cooled off they were exactly like biscuits. Good stuff anyway
How is it without the syrup? I was just about to ask him what to use/do if I could not find a sugar free syrup here
Liar they turned out to be pancakes eww
I have no idea where this eating lifestyle (I don't use the term diet) has been all my life. I have been doing this for about a month in conjunction with my work out and have already been seeing great results. So glad to have found this channel as well as Coach Greg's. It's been a game changer for me.
My diet consist of all recipes you have provided on CZcams! I often watch the videos while making the recipe or refer to the video if I don’t remember a step. All love here, but I know you are always trying to elevate the content! Any way you can mention what to preheat the oven to at the beginning of the video. After the intro, but before you start making the food? That way it will be preheated once I’m done following along and if I’m looking back at the video you don’t have to go searching through the video? No big deal, the recipes are dope and I appreciate them either way!
Not only am I seeing results on the scale, but learning how to cook. Loving this journey.
RJF in every video: mmm wow this is my new favorite recipe
I just made these. I only buy about 3g (1/2 T) of Baking soda in though, 6g seemed like a lot compared to the other ingredients. Still got amazing rise! The dough had rose already before I even did my final stir. Set in the fridge, I cooked mine a little longer, cuz I like them just a little brown. They’re light, airy and have a decent texture. Definitely making them again!
Yea so far I was able to get more of a choc chip pancake
Appreciating these frequent posts 🙏
i appreciate your positive vibe and energy and i will make sure to try this recipe as well! thanks for the work you put in, you're up there with greg on my list!

I am super grateful for the knowledge shared here and am a proud customer of the RJF Cookbook.
One request / suggestion, if I may: Please consider adding a picture, wherever possible, for each recipe. Since many of these are demonstrated in YT videos, it presumably would not be too hard to grab some stills / thumbnails from old footage. Then readers can flip through the cookbook and browse visually. We are very much visual creatures.
Thank you for this vid and updated cookbook.
Dude I love those dessert anabolic recipes, I’ve made my own protein donuts and each are 80 calories including protein icing and it’s 12g of protein per donut and watching your videos gives me more ideas to make stuff like this and try them out! Thanks man! Keep on truckin!

Awesome looking cookies and impressive macros (and more importantly for me since I'm still a bit over 20% bodyfat, the F-ing calories!). I have been using Greg Doucette's cookbook for a year or so maybe, but now I'm seriously tempted to buy yours as well! Nice (as in freakin' awesome) work! And thanks for sharing this stuff completely free of charge. I'm gonna try coach Greg's low-cal "anabolic" cookie recipe first, but if his don't give me cookies that are at least a 8.5/10 in my food taste scale, then I'll definitely try yours next! Heck, it it wasn't for the 1-2 big-ass ultra high calorie cookies I'm eating most days I'd already be down to bodyfat around the 13-15%. Heck, I kid you not, if I manage to make yummy low-cal chocolate chip cookies (I mean big ones, like 70-100g ones) and get them down to maybe 100-150 calories I'd be down to 15-17% body fat by new year! Thanks again for this awesome looking recipe. Peace man & happy holidays & $hit...
Your fan, J...
Just made these, and the taste is on point. Mine have the consistency of sponges but I switched out Splenda for Fiberyum so added a shit-ton more fiber. Probably a dangerous amount of fiber @ 10 grams. Still tastes good.
I followed the recipe exactly, except used PE Select Snickerdoodle, they’re not a crunchy cookie, they bake soft. They’re really good frozen
Egg whites tend to be light and fluffy when cooked. I had a similar issue with the Birthday Cake Bites
Dang - i mustve done something wrong. I also made a review on the cookies lol. I made them twice and they both came out spongey but slightly dry. czcams.com/video/jcVXZDZKCB8/video.html
Good way to start a sunday morning with chef Remington lol
I'm so glad I found you. Seriously being anabolic has been saving me
Wow!!!! I am going to try this recipe tomorrow. Can’t believe the macros and protein in these cookies!
Ok so I made these today with ON chocolate whey protein powder and all the rest of the ingredients listed. Cooked for 7 minutes. They have the consistency of a cake more than a cookie but they are still good. Will definitely make again, and will probably add some fibre to the recipe.
Are you going to address the overwhelming number of comments that said these came out spongy, like pancakes instead of cookies??
yep, mine is exactly like a pancake
Need to use a protein powder ISOLATE....this fixed consistency for the waffles as well
@@aaronjo331 i already used isolate and it didnt work lol. thanks anyways

@@josephwilliamson1770 18 months ago mate, been a long journey and lots of hard work. But so worth it. Especially with recipes like these!
Mine came out to be more of a pancake texture. Taste was great but was very soft and spongey. Think it'd be great if RJ could potentially address this and clear up any confusion that myself and other viewers might have
Ikr, made it seem like oh damn healthy protein cookie that taste and texture is like a cookie... nope, lil better frozen but still had to drink milk to get it down. Like eating a sponge.
I already get way more than enough protein and cals are on point, so I'm just gunna do actual healthy cookies (plenty of recipes) that are basically no sugar but made before and far better. They don't really have a lot of protein, and neither do these, so might as well have an actual healthier variant that taste like a cookie.
Just finished making these and eating them, and they're not bad. I followed the recipe exactly and mine came out as more of a pancake and less of a cookie. I don't think I did anything wrong, maybe that's just how they are.
Made these over the weekend and they were fireee. They came out a bit more like pancakes but still delicious.
We all got to love the remington james vids
@remington James
Your last recipe : birthday cake bites were AMAZING!
You're killing it and making this easy for me to shred down. Tyyyt
I feel you, I made 3 batches yesterday for my weekly prep and now today I’m gonna be making cookies. My girl is gonna be concerned that all I do when I’m off work is watch CZcams and walk around in oven mitts making these bomb snacks 😂
I made these with low carb flour tonight and they puffed up more like little tea cakes (because it doesn't act like wheat flour) but they're really good! Oh, and I used an air fryer at 320 for 4 minutes. My batch made 29 smaller cookies, four of which filled me up at 112 calories/16 protein. Thanks for the recipe!
These look amazing! Trying them today! 🙏🏻
For everyone saying their cookies came out dry and like a pancake. Try using a different protein powder. Also undercook ur cookies since it’s very easy to overcooked them
What about using almond flour instead of coconut flour?
@@justinellis8711 not sure gotta experiment to see Yk?
I made a recipe similar to that recently and it turned out like a muffiny cookie. They look good though 🙂🍪
For all those people in the comments who are saying their cookies turned into pancakes, dry, flavourless and spongy. It's because the 2 most quintessential aspects of cookies are the fat and sugar.
In usual cookie batter you would add a shit ton of butter, caster sugar, brown/white sugar and lots of flour. This recipe substitutes most of the dry ingredients but has no replacement alternatives for the sugar and fat.
I do think this recipe has potential, but just have to figure out how to remedy a fat-like consistency. Peanut butter would be the bet, but the macros would become exponentially higher obviously.
about to throw these in the oven right now. following a mix between your advice and coach greg's i'm down 26 lbs 3 pants sizes and already made a damn good amount of muscle gains in just acouple of weeks
You should use butter extract for these baked recipes. The calories are similar to vanilla extract.
Leaving a comment for the algorithm
Just saw this and made them 5 minutes later. Batter is currently in the fridge, can’t wait to try them
Just tried these and while they are spongy as others have said, I still find them tasty! I did use PB2 with cocoa powder for some extra chocolate flavor, so that might have helped. Also, mine expanded significantly more than RJs, so they ended up very wide and flat. Probably should have made smaller balls.
Early enough to prepare for dessert
Great recipe the batter tasted great, and (this was my fault) when I made the cookies I put them in too long and my super weird advanced oven started going down in temperature!! So it made some pretty good protein pancakes ngl
Nah, that's pretty much everyone. I followed this to the t on multiple occasions and they came out like pancakes. I like them (hence why I kept trying), but def not what I thought they'd be.
Changed my life with your videos. 20lbs down so far and enjoying every meal.
Just made some for my kids. Didn’t use protein powder just used 60g egg whites instead of 90. Turned out great, they loved them. Thanks
I got pancakes kinda but they were bomb regardless 🤤
I'm literally watering my mouth just by seeing him mix the batter

They turned out extremely spongy
TheOne GUY we did them wrong lol. Well have to find our mistake cause mine did that too

@@arvid399 exactly!!!
But did they taste good ?
they were horrible lol. this man needs to stop doing desserts. I've tried most of them and they are atrocious. just make regular chocolate chip cookies and limit how many you eat. portion control.
Just made em, they are very spongy, but taste pretty good and obviously way healthier than normal cookies
Same here, made another batch with 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce and came out much better. I used whey/casein blend too and I think that contributes to the dryness
@@timmyglass1980 I was just thinking about adding the applesauce or even some pumpkin. Cause mine came out dry too.
For a thicker, more moist cookie: Add 1.5oz box of sugar free chocolate pudding mix (the dry stuff in the baking isle by "jell-o") and 1/3cup of water. Increase cook time to 11minutes. You've added 128cal to the entire recipe in the form of 32g of carbs. Mixing dry ingeredients together first helps with consistancy in all recipes. Otherwise, keep the recipe the same. I can't stop eating these. Thanks James!
Love how you measuring the first couple scoops of whey
I made these cookies and I swear I did the recipe just like how this vid says and they came out like dry pancakes... idk if its because I live at a high altitude or what but for anyone going to make these cookies beware!
same here
same thing happend to me. They came out slightly spongey but dry. i'm uploading a video review on it today.
Mine did too, may have been the baking soda... gonna try it next time with baking powder instead...
what protein powder did you use? In my experience it's usually that. Rem's is a isolate/concentrate blend, which is not at all absorbent, but also leaves it drier. Pure isolate even more so. Casein binds fluids like crazy. There neither is consistency between type of powder, nor is it between brands. They pure whey concentrate of company one might work whereas the pure whey concentrate of another might not, even though it's both 100% whey concentrate.
If it's not the powder I can't help you other than suggesting being more careful with coconut flour (extremely fibrous and absorbent), but if it is the powder you have no choice but to experiment a bit.
Generally speaking, though, these aren't actual cookies. Most whey baked goods are on the drier side and have a cake-lik texture.
@@Janmann2007 Agreed. My cookie review video on them was basically the same situation. I'm hesitant on cooking with whey proteins unless its a mix of whey and casein. Im planning to check out an FDL recipe to see if the cookies turn out any better. But in general i've just seen these protein cookies turn out dry/cakey.
Used this recipe and they turned into pancakes lool wtf did I do wrong rem lol

Another awesome recipe. Between you and coach Dr. Greg D. Man haven. I'm 100% purchasing your cookbook. I've seen most of your videos but I agree having it in a cookbook version on my phone to easily reference the ingredients is key. 😁
I just put my second batch in the oven. The dough tasted so good I skipped the chips. I fixed these the other day and lost 1.6 pounds. This will be my go to recipe. Thanks. MAF
I made these and don't know if I did something wrong or had the wrong impression? These were nothing like cookies, more like protein pancakes right down to texture. I had to freeze them to make them more eatable as couldn't do it room temp or fridge. I know how to cook as well, hell made a full sushi and sashimi dinner last night with wahoo and tuna we just caught. I generally like Remmys recipes but these....... ehhhh
I had to drink a full glass of milk to try to eat/swallow them, oooof, that texture.....
Made them too, they suck.
They can’t all be home runs
I heat them up in the toaster oven and have a bit of sugar-free chocolate syrup on top, generally with some strawberries. It's a great dessert that doesn't break the calorie bank. Also the batter can honestly be better than the cookies, sometimes I just eat the batter and don't even bother cooking it.
This is the first recipe of his that I tried that I absolutely hated... I've made many of the chicken recipes/ breakfast recipes/ desert recipes, but these cookies turned out plain awful. Flavorwise, it tastes like whatever flavor protein you use with sweetener. Texture wise - its like a dry airy pancake.. followed the recipe to a T and the results did not live up to the expectations. If you're looking for a tastey protein desert, this isn't it. Check out his other videos though, lots to choose from!
does he just fucking lie as he's eating them? Lol
Yep
Damn. I forgot how much this dude talks. Love your energy man!
Same here - they were a little dry and were mostly like flat cakes instead of cookies. Mine took 14 minutes instead of 6-8. At 6-8 minutes they were still sticking to the fork. Even with all the other stuff he added, the protein powder taste was still pretty prevalent.
5/10 at best
Might have to toss this recipe Rem, they came out like dry sponges for me. It looks like a lot of people agree in the comments.
Yeah same with his donut recipes roo

Did anyone's come out like real cookie consistency? Mines came out spongey
Mine too
me too
Mine was super spongy
Mine was really spongey!
Same ): have you been following the recipe exactly? I dont have the Stevia or syrup so I've just been omitting it. I thought that was the problem.
It was fluffy so I used it as angel cake for an anabolic trifle. It kicked my ass because of how good it was. Greek yogurt, protein power and pb2 power makes the whipping cream. Then just add a banana and some other fruit. It smacks!
I used almond flour instead of coconut flour because it’s what I had on hand👌🏾 perfect
these are sponges, not cookies
I forgot he said they would spread out, bruh, mine got huge and stuck together. I just wish they were crispy
Thank you for making stuff with coconut flour and not almond, I’m allergic !! 🙌 awesome can’t wait to try!!
Hey man, just found you through dr greg.
Love your stuff :)
Suggestion: if it's something being cooked in the oven start with what temperature to preheat the over to since it's often what takes the longest in a recipe!
Anyone else having any luck making these cookies? I've tried twice now, and both times they turned out like pancakes
Same
They look like cookie consistency on screen, but I doubt I'll eat all of them in one sitting, they're too puffy.
