This is by far the best island-hopping + boat tour and island camp we have ever experienced in Palawan of the Philippines! This region has some of the most gorgeous sights and the most beautiful beaches in the world. As we love snorkeling and turquoise beaches, Palawan Philippines is beyond our expectations. We joined island camp + island hopping tour and visited a bunch of islands that we have never heard of, because mainly when we planned our trip to the Philippines for snorkeling and island hopping tour, a lot of people suggest El Nido and Coron.
We love exploring the remote neighborhoods in the Philippines and mingling with the local Filipinos, it makes our experience there so much more authentic than just doing the touristy things. If you are the same, we definitely suggest island camp as top things to do in the Philippines.
The Island Camp Site :
We stayed at The Bahay Kubo, which is an icon of Philippine culture. At Keelooma, the bahay kubos are built around the principle of communal living and sustainable architecture. The structure is crafted from bamboo and has a thatched roof of nipa providing a bright and airy space that is cooled by the steady flow of fresh cooling air coming in from the Sulu Sea. The open concept is preserved to create a harmony of indoor and outdoor living. - We totally enjoyed our stay there.

Pretentious experiences like this do not portray a balanced view. Service stations with security guards holding shotguns are just one clue to why the Philippines has never succeeded in becoming the tourist destination you would expect. It always amuses me when people make such claims on a country and it's people from within a protected tourist bubble. Yes, there are nice people everywhere in the world but to believe in general that Filipino's are the best is pure naivety.
@@mickbangkok3887 okay i understand your point but to also generalize the people because you just seen some security guards having guns is also not what you are trying to say in the first place, "a balanced view". Clearly even if the guards have guns they still felt safe going around the area. You have some logical fallacies in your thinking.

I couldn't believe it I watched this several times in one day in my tablet, phone and tv. First while showering, but can only listen but not watch. Again while cooking breakfast but missed some parts coz im looking after my fried eggs & pancakes. While waiting in the bus stop shivering in a freezing weather that I have to stop to keep my fingers warm. Inside the bus but bothered that I might miss my stop. At work during my lunch time with my officemates who watched too. Got home, watched in my tv while eating dinner. Finally, watching this while relaxing in my bed hoping that I get that tropical vibes in my dream in this wintry days. Thanks a lot.

How is living in Palawan? My brother-in-law and my sister are retiring in Palawan hopefully within the next 2 years. My sister and I were born in Batangas Philippines but grew up in Michigan, USA.
I do not live in Palawan. I have heard videos of those that do. One of the major problems is electricity. It off and on a lot. Not constant thing there. That was a concern for me living there. I have 2 generators 5KW but I cannot run my Air Conditioners with them. You need that here. Plus it’s isolated so lot things you cannot get that easily. Best just vacation there not live there for me.
Hard to pick a favorite but the muted dialogue layered under a beautiful soundtrack with stunning scenery and a beautiful cast of characters is spellbinding. From start to finish this is epic and cinematic and I was completely mesmerized. Took me to an amazingly calm place emotionally. Best thing yet and I look forward to more.

What about safety? You hear about so much craziness around the world especially to prove a political point or extort money from Travelers. What if you're falsely accused and arrested by the police ? How would you defend yourself against this especially in a foreign country? This would be in the back of my mind every second while traveling abroad. Therefore, the risk would be too great unless you can convince me and others that there's nothing to fear.
I'm speechless, all I can say is just wowww! OMG, the islands, scenes, beaches are amazing & stunning! The adventure is so so wonderful, thrill, fun, hope I can also experience this similar island tour. I got jealous guyz.. PH really is one of the best or if not the best in the world!

Love the remote islands and love that our govt restricted it for indigenous Filipino tribes. Im actually an island lover which are peaceful, no offense to Boracay. I just had to subscribe and I feel like I have to leave a comment because this video definitely gave me so much more than the pure entertainment that I was initially expecting before watching the whole video.
I'm a Filipino living overseas and I basically grew up in Italy. Over the past 13 years I've travelled all around Europe but never considered, not even once, going back to the Philippines like my family occasionally does.
This video changed my mind and I'm very thankful to you guys because now I definitely have a reason to go back to my home country and I will definitely go and hopefully bring some of my closest friends over and share this experience with them once everything's better.
