6:02 fold the 6' side in 1/2
Place something heavy on top to flatten
Time to Laminate:
6:57 place all envelopes in the sheet with the OPENINGS facing the inside

Suggestion...go to a thrift store and find a manual die cutting machine and run the papers through to flatten, or buy an inexpensive tofu or flower press. Or use a bone folder to get a crisp crease.
Thanks for sharing your process. I'm still working out the kinks when making my envelopes for personal use...and sharing with friends and family, and this was a huge help. I used to do scrapbooking when my kids were little and I have a TON of 12x12 cardstock that I just never had to heart to get rid of and now it all has a purpose. I've also been using the cardstock to make bookmarks for my kids and grandkids and laminating them and they absolutely love them. Thanks again!

I got this exact paper and love it soooooo much! My paper kinda pulled up a little after lamination and cut. Any tricks to not get the paper to pull off the lamination?

Depending on the size of your scrap paper. You may be able to make bookmarks or the little bill breakdown forms. Nice video. Take care.

How do you make two envelopes that are 7x6 out of a 12x12 sheet?
Hi Nikki! I see how that could be confusing. First, I cut 5 inches off the entire sheet. That leaves me with a 7x12 inch sheet. I cut that in half, leaving me with 2 sheets that are 7x6 inches.
I know this probably sounds crazy but I'm new here lol. I was curious if you ever have issues with cash falling out of the envelopes? Do you use anything at the open end to make sure nothing falls out?!
I've never had that problem. I thought the same thing when I first started using them, but it hasn't been an issue.
I have one like this and until I saw this video I had no idea that it had a little flip up arm thing.
How do you prevent bubbles from getting into your envelopes? I have made my own and the laminating sheets are coming off the envelopes because of air bubbles. I have tried running them through the laminator again but it does not help.
What kind of laminator and what kind of laminating sheets are you using?

Also if you take a plastic card like a credit card and run it down the fold of the envelope they lie flat.
