කිලෝ 10ක් හැදුවත් ඉතුරු නොවන සුදු ලූණු අච්චාරු
සුදු ලුණු 250g
මිරිස් කුඩු මේස හැදී 1
ලුණු කුඩු තේ හැදී 1.5
උළුහාල් තේ හැදී 1/2
තුන පහ කුඩු තේ හැදී 1/2
විනාකිරි මෙසහැදී 3.5
තලතෙල් මේස හැදී 6
කරපිංචා ඉත්තක්
අබ තේ හැදී 1/2
ඉගුරු තේ හැදී 1.5
වියලි මිරිස් කරල් 3
සිනි /හකුරු තේ හැදී
Ingredients
250g of garlic
1 tbsps of chili powder
1.5 tsps of salt
1/2 tsps of fregunic.powder
1/2 tsps of curry powder
3.5 venigar
6 tbsps of sesame oil
curry leaves
1/2 tsps mustard seeds
1.5 tsps of ginger pcs
3 pcs of dry chilies
1 tsps of brown sugar or juggry
