Hiro lowkey looks like an ex yakuza leader who settled down after a harsh life
Lmfao...
Honestly
"looks like" hmmm... 🤔
That's what he wants you to think.. good afternoon..
Not far fetched assumption
I like how they never use the term “best”. Real humble people who are just passionate about their work producing the highest quality they can. It’s not about ego with them
Ramsay came from nothing and has employed thousands along with helping struggling businesses and ameutuer chefs. What the fuck are you talking about? There is context to be harsh with people you idiot
Tom tonka you’re an idiot
@@minighi200 Tu877
And yet you both knew exactly who I was talking about, even though I never gave him a name. Speaks volumes about how right I must be.
@Carrboro Bear Yes, I realise his tv shows are fake, scripted bullshit. A sure sign of a narcissist.
@@tomtonka1915 People have different opinions. Ramsay came from nothing, he has the right to proud of what he's done. Arroganve and pride are different things.
Hiro looking like a straight badass in that shirt. Getting mad disco yakuza vibes from him
Awesome video and the chef was so humble to highlight the team behind his success! Thank you Chef Terada for sharing this experience.
I worked for years at a restaurant done so much and was always willing to take shifts for co workers and never really got promoted or anything. This speaks a lot to people. When you've done a certain job and done it well for years you should be rewarded a higher position to compliment the worker's dedication. Thus bringing him to a better position in life. One cannot simply leave a worker who has been dedicated to you in the same position for years and years without any acknowledgement of moving up. I pray those who works hard and shows their boss how they are dedicated to the business will one day maintain a higher position and be paid accordingly for their time. That's how people should move up in financial security. But some bosses can't do it because they fail to recognize that trust is a valuable lesson.
This is how a boss should treat his co-workers. This is how a boss should care. Recognizing the person who works for you does a tremendous amount of magic. He realizes the importance of everyone in conjunction. This is how you should see your restaurant. Your workers are family and they deserve just as much attention as the food they work hard to put out. This is why I am eager to learn sushi and the techniques in culinary arts for sushi.
ty for your comment....you have spoken so much truth here and so sad that many who work hard don't get what the deserve. Owning a restaurant is also a huge challenge, to make sure at the end of the month it will be profitable. It's rare to find this situation but everything Chef Jackson does in his current projects are all extremely successful. He is so confident in his accomplishments that his success is him being humble, which gains the respect from everyone. Being in the hospitality industry is hard, but you could reach stardom in a very short time if you're also smart and hard working. Always make (try to) the right decisions and surround yourself with places that hold these values and you will see...in no time you'll be moving up the ranks. Good luck and much success to you Mr. Rex!
I like how Hiro is so used to the camera thing when he instantly shows the peace he got to the camera. But still an awesome video!
“Our Uni is Pretty Okay.” - extremely skilled sushi master man guy
yes...he is extremely skilled chef....one of my favorites...
Sushi. 99% is playing with your meat, 1% is going down your mouth.
What did you put on the uni? I always eat it sashimi style cause it tastes so good.
@@markturner9459 black truffle, very expensive. That is called black dinamond in the kitchen. I love it, smell so good.
"pretty okay" but he had pretty 4 michelin star. haha. Michelin never lie. I like him. Pretty chef, passion ,friendly...
I highly recommend anyone who loves sushi to try this experience at least once in their life, it is an amazing experience. Sadly the sushi chef who prepared the sushi for me when I went there last year is gone :( I hope he is doing well wherever he is. I remember these two guys next to me were being disrespectful and pretentious, talking down about the place saying it wasn't as good as so and so's place and speaking with zero regard for the fact that the man preparing their meal can still hear them talking down about the place. IF any of you go, i at least hope you don't have to see the same disrespectful behavior that I saw. Thankfully, the food was so good it was easy to ignore them for most of the meal lol.
so great to hear your experience from here...and sad to hear some people being disrespectful, but that is just how life is....Thank you for being here!
@@DiariesofaMasterSushiChef Are you "sorry" for enforcing the covid pass?
Ethandizonn: In total agreement with you. With the high standards, honor, and importance of respect that is a part of everyday life in Japan, I am shocked that anyone would conduct themselves like that. That's really disgusting.
Enjoyed the video and chef Jackson is creative and humble.
The best part of this video is the leadership I see in the Chef 👨🍳 you guys are blessed to work with him and you guys make a great team.
Amen....Chef Jackson is an incredible leader....one of a kind...
I love when a Japanese chef corrects his customer eating proper way of sushi. A thousand years old cuisine and eating habit.. BEAUTIFUL
i mean it's not really proper it's a palate cleanser and someone who goes to a michelin star sushi restaurant should probably know that
What a hillbilly ...and the girl next to him was so embarrassed.
Having the right people makes all the difference. What an awesome dining experience!
Does Michelin sushi taste like the tire
That's what I thought... What does a tire company have to do with food?
It really tastes like marshmallows ;)
Silly wabbit, tricks are for kids.....duuuh😜
@@homiespaghetti1522 I think Michelin star guides started as travel guide recommendations so you would stop there on road trips.
Yes
the pure skill in cutting the scallops was masterful. thank you for this experience
edit: that was an excellent speech and advice at the end of the video
Thank you for being here..chef Jackson is very skilled sushi chef...one of the tops..
This video was so well put together, Great Job. The angles, sound, lighting and of course the editing. What an experience to have enjoyed. One day I hope to enjoy the "Omakase" experience.
ty so much for watching....we so appreciate so much. and yes if you can try one time...it is really an experience. The video only showed 20% of what we were served...
@@DiariesofaMasterSushiChef Even though for video lengthening purposes I understand but can only imagine how amazing the other courses / dishes were. So glad to be a part of this community with you and Chef Hiro.
Sushi Chef: “Excuse me sir, can you taste this sushi for me?”
Hiroyuki Terada: “Good Afternoon!”
Just watched the gunga lobster video before this one lol.
Imagine just being an unsuspecting sea creature and hearing “ GOOD AFTERNOON”
You'll never work a day in your life if you truly love what you do!
I'd give anything to be there at that restaurant and eat some sushi with Hiro and the dream team.
Excellent video! Good sushi would be my last meal if I had the choice. Good bless you guys and I hope to one day experience a dream come true with you guys!
(P.s.... I eat sushi in one bite😉) ✌
Humility is a true sign of greatness. To say thank you to the people around you is gratitude at its finest…
It is so great to see your passion for sushi! Your videos reveal you passion for cooking no matter what it is that you undertake. Great editing and amazing content. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Wonderful recommendation Chef, and I love your shirt! I hail from Atlanta, Georgia...but would certainly try anything on your list when travelling! Looking forward to your next video...

Nice to see this in my notification love u guys never change
Thank you so much for being here... :)
Imagine another master sushi chef serving another master sushi chef that would be a nervous situation..
This guy is really not a master sushi chef. Fake . Imitation. Sorry I had to say that.
lol that guys date is like “im not here”
I like how the guy next to Hiro keeps getting educated about the right way to eat the sushi but takes it like a champ 😁 awesome video
Michelin star sushi, what an experience. Good afternoon

The Japanese own craftsmanship. It is truly amazing at the attention to detail and everything has a very precise purpose. Very well done 👍
flyer737sw not bad for Chinese and a Mexican chef huh? Lol
@@adoseofvictory I'm pretty sure that guy is Korean. Hard to find a real japanese restaurant owners by Japanese person now days
That dude that ate the ginger with the sushi probably also eats steak with ketchup.
Littuarly had one like those at the restaurant i work at the other day. He personally walked to the kitchen asking for it smh
Well done waygu beef at that.
Iron chef mosquito once was asked to serve ketc hup. So he smiled and whipped up a little tomato and whatever and gave it to the customer. His attitude was if that's what is wanted so be it. You know, like a humble chef?
the food is for the customer paying for it. He or she can eat it however he or she likes.
@@REIDAE they need to get educated how to eat it or theyll miss the full experience.
You’re very welcome I enjoyed watching you keep up the good work I wish I was there to eat it LOL keep it up
Literally just finished eating and now hungry again. Thanks.

Brilliant video yet again master, hope Mr camera man got a taste of that brilliant sushi ,much love from England, xxx
Thank you so much Mark...it was an incredible time there and yes he got to eat some...not all but some. He was busy filming.
The guest must have been a true novice...enjoying his first, genuine, Sushi experience. He should be proud and humbled. I wonder if he was aware of whom he was seated next to?
Hiro locking like bad ass leader? He is the biggest badass leader of the sushi industry, that is why everyone respects him, this kids have tons to learn from him. Respect to all of them anyways, no BS just true quality. Not easy to get this days.
It seems like he finally leveled up from white coat to blue coat. If it keeps going like this, in a few years, the Masters of Sushi will award him his black coat.
Wow, I was starting to think something bad happened! Welcome back.
