I love this. You could add little chenille bees to the bee hive here and there. This would be cute for a tea station.
Love everything, and the marble is genius!! I’ve been wanting to use something smaller than a knob. Perfect!! The “honey” jar is amazing! I also keep so many receipts and this is a perfect place to keep them. The 2liter bottle hive is ingenious! Just love all of it! ❤️❤️ your DIYs!

I keep a lot receipts all year for taxes and I have a huge file folder for them, but I was keeping my newer "just in case I need to return or exchange" receipts in a nightstand drawer and it was getting messy. I'm hoping keeping them in a smaller jar will force me to go through them more often and throw out the old ones or move them to the taxes folder! Pray for me 😂 Much love to you friend-Megan

@@GlueGunsRoses I just googled it. Skeps were used long ago usually made of straw,but to harvest honey they were destroyed then man made the structures used today that can be opened to get the honey without having to destroy them. Now you are ready for that trivia game! Lol.

Someone once told me that potato chips where an accident. Someone cut German fries too thin and that's how the 1st chip was made? Not sure if it's true but sometimes accidents turn out to be the best. I like the crackle effect on the tray now because it's mainly on the scalloped part. I'm happy it happened now because it helped me figure out how to age the honey pot and I really love the look 😍 Much love both of yall!!!

Adorable...thank you for the charming video... I am a dollar tree person... I have found so many fun things.. I made a wall hanging canvas. Painted it black, added glitter and for $1 I purchased one of their wall stickers.. looks like a watercolor . I also use a lot of the hooks..who can afford the command hooks? 👍 margy

😂 Go get you some girl! I only like drink 2 soft drinks. Diet Dr pepper & Cherry 7up or diet Cherry 7up. All other soft drinks have a horrible aftertaste and are too syrupy to me. Even regular Dr. Pepper taste nasty to me!

I love this video. I mean I REALLY LOVE this video. There is some paint I used to use called Crackle. You paint it on after you get all of your paint coats on and dried thoroughly. It’s clear and when it drys it gives you that antique tiny thin crackles all over. It has some pretty amazing results. I think you could probably get it at Michael’s or Hobby Lobby. Maybe even Walmart.
I adore these projects and your presentation is excellent. Quick but easy to follow. Just the way I like.

Thanks for the wonderful ideas -- wish I had your creative mind. The marble pulls on the jars match the jar's scale much better than drawer pulls that have been used and look like giants. I love your money-saving tips, i.e., faux stain, DG deals, marbles, etc. Astounding!

Love this, too...pssst..best pro tip I ever learned....Store all glue gun sticks in freezer, no matter when you use them, they will not leave glue gun stringy mess everywhere! I store ALLLLL my glue gun sticks in the freezer, and even if I stick it in my gun, use it once, and dont use it for another 3 weeks, it STILL wont leave as many strings as they do if I never put them in my freezer! =) Been doing it for years now...and even at my job,, I told my boss to keep sticks in freezer, she didnt believe me, but did it anyway. Now, all sticks are stored in freezer! Lol! We use glue guns to secure ban around our handmade soap bars. No messy strings everywhere!
I am 100% trying this!!! Do you take them straight from the the freezer & put them in the glue gun or is there a thawing time?
@@GlueGunsRoses straight from the freezer to the gun. It doesn't affect the glue at all either. I have gorilla glue sticks, regular sticks, glitter & different colors sticks, even fabric glue gun sticks I got at the thrift shop, lol, and it doesn't affect them at all. I've been doing this for years, it's the best thing I've learned! Lol!

Glue Guns & Roses - LOL Megan, Unfortunately Not Yet Since my severe OCD decided I absolutely had to have that fantastic Rustoleum Chalk Paint you’ve been using in your videos! 👀 Took me forever to track down since LOWES doesn’t carry it (my preferred store) & Home Depot was out of stock! I did find it in a bunch of colors on Amazon, so now I’m waiting for it to be delivered! It was a great week though since my $Tree FINALLY replenished the Nautical Rope!!! 😱👍🏻😎 So I’ve been doing a bunch of backed up projects. Thanks for asking!
