I plant to give birth at the San Diego Community Birth Center owned by Mid-wife Nikki Helms. Im happy to allow my birth to be filmed to help advance this cause. I have a brillant gynecologist who performed a myomectomy on me, but decided that midwifery was the safe route for birthing. Gynecologist are surgeons. They are trained to err towards surgery. The business model of the healthcare system doesnt not favor non intervention natural labor and delivery.
