Hi wich transport did you use to reach Mirissa from Colombo airport?
Hi! Sri Lanka is my mother country and i live here so i use my own transport.
For any one who visit either can use public transportation which prices are very cheap but it takes more time plus hassle. From katunayake bus station get a bus to colombo railway station and then take a train to matara which is a amazing train ride with the view of sea, or you can take a highway bus to matara from colombo too.
from matara take a tuk tuk or bus to mirissa it’s just like 12 km from matara town.
Or you can hire a cab straight from katunayake to mirissa which is very convenient but pricey. It will be around 18000 - 20000 Rupees which is around 58$.
