I’m not sure how I feel about him downplaying his previous films and shunning them as not so good. They may not be cinematic genius but they have made people feel things that films like lagaan have not and could not. I stopped watching after he mentioned in the first 5 minutes that “Kill” is his “Lagaan”!! If it’s the same movie whose trailer was constantly playing during the T20 World Cup then it looks like a forgettable B-grade movie. And his film Ae Watan Mere Watan came before Munjya was also produced by Karan.
