Can i use a vari-speed switch to modify the speed of my commercial kitchen exhaust fan with this? KB Electronics 8811007 Solid State Variable Speed AC Electric Motor Control, 6.0 Max amp, 115V, K177-1006. Thanks.
With so many motor variations I always contact the motor manufacturer for their guidance. Not all motors can run lower speed without overheating and will usually work, but will fail prematurely. .
On this diagram..yes. This is an example of when the manufacturer tries to simplify things and only further complicates the issue..ugh. ungrounded line is a terrible way to say L1...if a line was grounded it would trip a breaker right? And they make the motors lol
Ok jhony
