Hashalu is a symbol of Oromo nationalism, and his songs inflamed their enthusiasm, and in one of his most famous songs he says: "Do not wait for help to come from outside, and it is a dream that does not come true. Get up, make your horse ready and fight, you are close to the palace ". He is 17 years old for participating in the protests, and while many have fled into exile for fear of persecution, Hashalu remains in Ethiopia and encourages young people to struggle to meet their demands.
He had died but his words of inspiration to my Oromo people and the entire world especially the youths lives with us for ever. He is a legend who remains to be remembered all over the world.
