i'm sorry but this was by far THE MOST informative homeworthy i've ever seen, and i've seen every episode. it's not just "look at this" and "look at that"--this was so welcome and deeply reflection. so many tips and tricks--it felt like a class in a good way!
AGREED!!!
She hosts a podcast professionally, "the financial diet". I bet her ease of conversation and teaching helped it feel that way.
She's a natural.
1000%!
Loved her advice. Incredibly informative for us 99%ers
Excellent episode, I found this very informative. She's great!
OMG it’s Chelsea! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ it’s like a crossover episode 😭😭😭
This video was so refreshing because this woman can walk the walk and talk the talk!
I always wondered what her apartment looks like. It’s gorgeous.
Me toooooooo 😂 (so many years, it's like a "personal" invite, lol 😊
Why? Who is she??
She shares a lot of it on her Instagram! @faganchelsea ❤
@@maryamvaezjavadi4800 she's CEO of The Financial Diet, they have YT channel about personal finances (not only, but mostly). Highly recommend. :)
@@maryamvaezjavadi4800In case you haven’t had a chance to check her out, I highly recommend her channel, “Financial Diet.” It’s so informative, interesting, and overall an outstanding resource!
I'm an expat in France, who has lived in Europe for a decade. I have no idea who Chelsea Fagan is (gasp!), but homegirl is 100 percent right about aperitif. Do not 'overdo' it. The French are very kind and down-to-earth, and would find anything that didn't feel homespun almost disquieting, as if the hostess was more concerned with cosplay than warmth for her guests. Okay, I have to google Financial Diet now...
Spoiler : you won't be disappointed 🥰
🤣😆😆🤣🤣🤣
Her husband is French and they regularly go to France to visit his family 😊 she met him while she was living in France
Again so happy to hear another home owner and designer using second hand and vintage ! So smart. People don’t know what they are missing only buying new.
This video by far stands out in terms of the helpful recipes and suggestions for home decor. Would love to see more videos like this and not just exorbitant gorgeous homes that are out of reach for most of your viewers.
I love Chelsea and her financial diet channel. She is just so classy.
Use those highball glasses, sister! Life is short. Your grandmother would understand (and celebrate.)
Chelsey, you look so lovely in this beautiful dress; so charming!
Your home is lovely; I love all the art, and the wallpaper behind your bar/bookcases is very artsy and gorgeous! Lovely kitchen - it's very efficient and has a great setup - you don't need to run a marathon there while preparing something yummy🙂.
The only thing that disturbs my impression is the white "console" table between your dining and living room. Otherwise, what a delightful home!
Chelsea Fagan. Most homeworthy!
What a treat to get to see Chelsea’s lovely home. As usual, I learned tons.
Would love to see the rest of this beautiful apartment.
She shares on her TikTok a lot of content on her apartment and hosting. She’s the only reason I go on TikTok 😅
I rarely host anymore but when I do, I select two dishes maximum, both of which can be cooked the day before. Some dishes improve after a night in the fridge. Those are the ones I favour! Thank you for the video. Lovely apartment.
This way of hosting is so refreshing , it allows U to really focus and enjoy ur company with minimal clean up in which I love. Love ur apartment.
I've always loved her...now even more as I also love to entertain in my small Chicagoland home
I'm so glad she addressed lighting - My goal - women should feel pretty when attending a party - they will engage more, flirt more (with their hubby, or others if single) and generally feel much more comfortable in the home if the lighting is flattering to their skin...not something that they may articulate- just instinctive.
OMG Queen Chelsea!! So happy to see her featured on Homeworthy! So many of us who follow her and The Financial Diet have said she should write a hostess book. 😊
I think she already said it....a hostess-themed book is soon to be published🎉
I feel like I'm in a class with this one. Decorating 101
I would love to see more apartment tours. It's wonderful to see how people entertain in them.
Omg thank you for this video tour, I have been dying to see more of this apartment. Love Chelsea and The Financial Diet!
Lovely home and love the white shutters which I've had in a couple of my homes in the past. As a professional artist i.e former retired NYC fashion illustrator and floral designer and now painter, I love how you display your art! Some great paintings as well! The only thing I find missing is a fireplace and the electric ones that are also heaters add some great ambience and charm to an apartment that doesn't have a fireplace! Bought one several years ago and it's worth the investment! Also, to solve some of the floral arrangement problems, today the silk flowers are so real looking one can't tell the difference! I bought some red tulips on Amazon that look real and since they never die you save money! You can also use dried flowers, and hydrangeas look great dried in arrangements either alone or with other things like dried lavender! Thanks for the great tips and recipes...love charcueterie boards and the cocktail with red grapefruit juice sounds great, will have to try that! Merci beaucoup, Bon Appetit! ♥♥
Now I want a bell!
Love love love your suggestions for hosting - thank you!
I love that she provided a drinks template that accommodates both drinkers and non-drinkers.
....I MUST SAY... THIS is the MOST LOVELY, INFORMATIVE , ENJOYABLE " Homeworthy " I have watched to date .... No pretentiousness. She is Authentic, relatable and not all this " look at this, look at thst " pretense ...
I l o v e her using Second Hand/ Antique/ Curbstone Finds / Family heirloom, etc. ..A girl after my own Heart, A Kindred Spurit.
What a REFRESHING Episode of Homeworthy.... definitely watching this one over and over. I wish more Episodes were as LOVELY as this one, and as lovely as she is as well.
I love all your hosting ideas and your home. Looking forward to your hosting book.
Just the best crossover! What a queen
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. The food looks delicious. I have never tried fried olives but it sounds yummy. Can't wait to try them.
No way! I love Chelsea I just know she was fangirling over this 😂
Hosting Heroine, Interior Icon!
Did she tell us this was happening!!? I'm giddy. What a perfect Sunday morning treat. GO CHELSEA!
WE SEE YOU CHELSEA!!!!!!! KEEP SHINING!!!
Omg it’s Chelsea!!! 🎉 Thank you for this collab!!
This is about as charming as it gets! Lovely! Thank you!
Loved this! I've always wanted to be a hostess and I never do it, but this gave me so much confidence at how easy it is. Also, Chelsea, your home is beautiful. Secondhand and vintage is honestly the way to go!!!
This was fabulous! Beautiful home and great accessible hostess tips. I particularly appreciate the soft, strategic lighting and Chelsea’s description its importance in helping people feel comfortable. Thanks!
She is delightful!
Will definitely try making your fried olive apero. Agree with you that when it comes to entertaining people in France are very relax ( but also can buy so many ready to go delicacies at the supermarket !!) Of course your art work is very interesting and for sure thrifting is the best way to acquire not only reasonable priced but lovely things. Thank you for sharing your lovely home and good luck with your book.
I can't wait to make that cocktail. This lady is fabulous - thank you!
Seamlessly lovely.
I love Chelsea and I love this episode!!! Thanks
OMG love that you have Chelsea on !! Her place is fabulous!!

Beautiful episode, love her style!
Fantastic, informative, down-to-earth and super elegant!
A very relaxing video. Amazing space and host. I really love Chelsea's hosting related videos!
So great to hear! Big is not always better!😊
Wonderful! But please don’t use seed oils! Do your research and you will never use them again. Thank you for inviting us over!
Yes i noticed this also but what can be used to “fry” olives ? They surely are delicious 😋 avocado oil?
Perfect video :) more of these entertaining, homeparty videos.
This is so wonderful.
Loved this episode!! Full of great information and inspiration.
I love your style. Your home is so inviting and comfortable looking. Also I appreciate the advice you give. Thank you

Beautiful home! ❤
What a lovely home and presentation - thank you for sharing.
I enjoyed, and would have liked to see more of the space, i.e. bedroom and bathroom.
The bell is also awesome for summoning the servants!
I love her design ❤
Your home is obsoletely adorable.
Did not know her but I love her, love this video.
Actual, interesting content, thank you.
Looks lovely. I’ve made the fried olives with crushed red pepper flakes. Yum! Love your vibe.❤
HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND MY HOMEWORTHY FAMILY 😃💚😃
Have a lovely weekend as well
Love Chelsea from TFD and her home!
Fun! Fun!😊
So informative.
Very nice... I love this video!
Hi Chelsea 👋🏾 !!! (Like a million others, we feel like we know her-KNOW HER 😂)
Truly nice episode! Don't know this Lady but she showed and explained everything quite well😊 It' s the same in Italy, where you call it "aperitivo"😊 Lovely home, would like to see more of it 👍 All the best to her and greeting from Germany 😊
Gorgeous, but wanted to see the entire home 😢🥰
Love it
Man i have to read her book now!!
Love Chelsea's common sense take on decor
I loved this. It was an exciting twist on a home tour. I loved the French-style aperitif. Did she mention she's releasing a book? Count me in:-)
Great video about hosting and she was very down to earth. Looking forward o making the olives and charred lettuce. Make sure you leave room to cut the cheese and remove any skin that you can't eat. Nice that she was singing the praises of vintage and second hand, but IMHO... The secondhand white wood table and the wood pieces would look better if they were all the same color like that of the beautiful bookcase and have some pillows that are complementary color palette to the wood. Also black of the TV was overpowering especially w the white table. I live in hydrangea country and best to dunk the flower heads in a bucket of water for about half hour and only buy them in season which is the summer then save as a dried flower for fall and winter.
Love your style and hosting tips. I host a lot as well. One tip. The seed oil that you have used for frying the olives creates carcinogens and is suspected with many modern diseases. I suggest switching to fruit oils like olive or avocado.
chelsea!!!! ❤❤❤❤
Crossover of my dreams
It's wild to see the other view from the apartment. I think we're all used to just the one view
❤ amei ❤❤❤
What a charming lady!!
Are those napkins paper? LOL😊
God damnit I love Chelsea 😂 absolutely flawless and classy
Great tips ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Us Aussies call that chips and dips or drinks and nibbles
Really Loved the Aperitif & cocktail and the easy aoli. Very great ideas and look forward to your new book!
❤
Thoroughly enjoyed the video. Mrs. Fagan is classic and beautiful; one tip for her would be that Amazon sells anti-slip eyeglass nose pads that work well and are comfortable. 🙂
There is a awesome company the does nice radiator wooden covers . AV WOOD DESIGNS , Paterson , nj
You had me at Fried Olives
Wouldn't you use a table cloth of some type to dress and protect your table?
🥰
Do you watch Stephanie Jarvis
💜💜💜
Objectively, 825 Sq ft is very small for a home, even in New York.
a woman certainly can't express herself in an office, home IS the place, no shame
If you don't cut up all the cheese, how are people supposed to eat it? Do you expect them to cut it up?
Oh hush 🤫 😂
Yes, the guests cut it (so it's 'fresh) & assemble their own cracker
