✅ Serve as an advocate for the user community
✅ Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work
✅ Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role
✅ Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe

✅ Open to College Graduate or College undergraduate (2 years college) with at least 18 months BPO Experience
✅ With Working knowledge and experience with computers and internet
✅ Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
✅ Excellent comprehension, communication, and English language skills
✅ Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies
✅ Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask
✅ Comfortable synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams
✅ Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
✅ Working knowledge and experience with computers and internet
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
✅ Willing to work in any shifts i.e. night shift, graveyard schedule etc.
✅ Amenable to work in any Accenture or client site
