Whole Pig in the Freezer & CNC Machine Sneak Peak in our Garage!

Come with me to pick up our WHOLE PIG from the butcher! We buy a grass-fed whole cow every year BUT this is our first time buying a whole pig. We are mostly Carnivore eaters for health reasons, with the occasional veggies from our garden. I'll show you how I organize it and how much finished pork we actually get with a list of each cut and lbs. per cut. We would love to hear your feedback if you have purchased one yourself!
Our Pig live weight was 280lbs., our finished pork is 146.13lbs in the freezer. The total cost to butcher was $820.60 or $5.61/lb
