Hi, @Loveth, Riveria has several campuses besides Joensuu. This time, practical nurse studies can be applied for in two small towns, Nurmes and Lieksa. You can only apply for one application at a time, so the applicant applies to either the Lieksa or Nurmes campus.

Thank you so much ma. There is about two small towns to apply for health: Liekesa and Numes. Please which is better to apply? Considering the town and chances to gain the admission. I am asking this because, I applied for this same Riveria college last year and got the information through you but I didn’t gain the admission. My Duolingo score was okay (130) and my two minutes video was okay too, about 1min45 seconds, I also did thorough research before doing the video. I felt bad
You can choose which campus you want. They both have the same distance to the capital city, Helsinki. Feeling sad comes with every disappointment. It takes more than qualification to be amongst the chosen 50 students out of 10,000+ applicants. So, you fail, you try again and again. Otherwise, there will be no difference between you and who never tried at all. Goodluck this time🙏🏽

My dearest, thank you for your help. I don't know why in the Riveria application form date of birth is not accepting. It continually requesting to fill up date of birth even when I had continually using the format they introduced in writing date of birth. Please I don't know what to do anymore and time is running. That's the only thing holding me to submit the application form.
Take a time out from the application form. Come back and take a fresh look on the format given and write your date of birth again.

I have done mine..if your date of birth starts with single number like 5/3/1998 add 0 to each single number then add-xxxx...e.g 050398-xxxx

No, the parents of the students are not allowed to join. Their spouses and children are the ones allowed. There are allowances for those who are eligible to join.

There is a little thing like question mark or so around the space for date of birth. Click it, and it will show you how your date of birth should be written in regards to the year you're born.
what if you are a registered nurse in your home country will one still apply
Contact Riveria directly and ask. I just believe that previous studies are useful. Your African (non-EU) degree is not legalized in Finland. Many foreign a registered nurses and even doctors study to become practical nurses in Finland.
