God will help all parents in Finland. I remember when my son was 3 and brought home such terrible ratings. After crying, I called the attention of the head teacher and a meeting was arranged.
You can't rate a child so poorly. That puts a question on your competence as a teacher.
We keep trying our best to raise them the best way we know.
I thought they said Finland has one of the best education system but this isn't sounding good at all. This should get to the right authority. I can imagine the trauma these kids are going through.

Is Finland the only place where such things can happen? It can happen anywhere. You made it sound like Finland is a bad country. This is unnecessary.
The school system, school authority, parents, & techers are to be blamed, no one paid attention or listen to what the child may have complained, probably the child parents were not listening to the child, the child piled up to explode to extend taking to school, & school security or camera could not detect such weapon when the child coming to school.
No where is safe I saw that on BBC news
