Follow these steps in accordance with video:
Step 1 : Open the tap cover.
Step 2 : Clean the area and apply penetrant (WD-40).
Step 3 : Use slotted type screw driver.
Step 4 : With screw driver make an angle of 30-60 degree from base line.
Step 5 : Make impact on the other end of screw driver to open the screw.
