How did you like the noodles? How was the texture of the noodles? I was on the fence when i saw that it doesn't have to pre cooked befor hand. Dont get me wrong I still bought them. Lol buuut they're still in my pantry. Your lasagna looked amazing.
Looks good try it with garlic n herb cheese,instead of ricotta omgggg its so good. Sometimes I use laughing cow wedges any flavor, or use any soft garlic and herb cheese like Rondel or Boursin. I love using nit with my Ziti I use the on my homenade pizza sorad it on before adding your pizza sauce. Its so good.
Is your cook book going to be for a normal size family. Or am I going to have to do math??? Because in my house there is only 2 of us. So I normally make enough for 4 people. I like leftovers. 😊
