Yay! Double Feature with Casper narrating. Thank you, Casper. Thank you, Tony. I needed this treat today.
I love both stories!!!! True Hard Boiled!!!!!! Twists and turns of plot. Fantastic, vivid narration--cigars, cigs, whisky throat, NYC 1940's cynicism, atmosphere which CAN be cut with a knife!!!!! Necessary to air out my flat now!!!!!! Cough!!! Cough!!!! Very enjoyable. Much needed and appreciated. Thanks so very much to you both.
You can't find better titles for crime stories than these 😂.
Great stories, great narration. Thank you! ☠️👻💀Cheers!🍻
Glad you enjoyed it
Wow, a double feature ❤! Must be my birthday 🎇
🎉Happy Birthday!🥳
He's right about the spaghetti.
"Anticipant"? Not a word.
Yes, it is.
Surely an anticipant is someone on waiting or someone who is to be given something (like participant )
@@classicdetective “anticipant” is, indeed, a word, but it’s an adjective, not a noun.
American accents-arrgghhh,sorry it spoils it,can't listen(sorry just person preference) I'm sure American audience will be fawning over it,it is Tony's narration that hooks me,i don't subscribe to the view it is more authentic so it must be better, American accents are nails down the blackboard/chalkboard to me
I'm American...but, I agree wholeheartedly. I was like, "Yay!!! A new story!!...ohhh, it's an American accent, dang".
😬 I fawn over Tony, though.
Ha ha
It's a New York mob story, a British accent would have been a jarring mistake.

I agree
@@classicdetective and I listen to every channel Tony records,he even sucked me in to the romance channel!
