I think the option B means the plumber came voluntarily. But he came because the woman called him. She says, "I had a plumber come over"

@@lissomecoral But the person who called the plumber was SHE not HE, so B has more sense, why HE would be asking about her broken faucet if HE was the one who call the plumber, imagine he gives a present to her and then ask her who gave that to her, it doesn't make sense
