What's up EVERYONE! Here is a little insight into questions I receive all the time. What kind of snacks can I Eat? Do you still drink beer? How many cheat meals a week? My answer is it all depends on what my current goals are! If you want abs, you have to diet and train like you want to have abs! You cannot lie to yourself. If you just want to look and feel better, not necessarily be shredded, then Eat clean, and have a beer/burger here or there. If you are a competitor, hell yeah your diet better be strict! This is just my 2 cents on not over complicating this process. - Sport

I’ve just started working out about 5months and have seen a huge improvement in mental health. I obviously haven’t seen a huge improvement in physical appearance yet but other ppl I haven’t seen in awhile have noticed right away and it’s such a big motivator and ur videos have helped me a lot

Seriously this is some of the best advice I've seen on youtube from the fitness industry. So many personalities will tell you you need to do all this crazy stuff to get where you want to be. Reality is, being in shape is simple, like he says. Eat well, excercise, do cardio and do all that in a way that works for you

People keep asking what diet I'm following and people don't get if you keep it simple its really not a hard thing to do. choices, choices, choices. Get rid of processed food and magically the weight starts falling off, just don't get discouraged when the weight takes longer to fall off. I dropped 80lbs in about a year and half it was rough but I feel so much better.

I'm working on eating better because for me, my diet has been a train-wreck. I have been doing good for the last few weeks on eating cleaner and meal prepping. This has helped keep me on track. I went from 16% to 8% body fat while gaining muscle just by cutting out the junk and fast food, while replacing it with healthy snacks and prepared meals.
How long if you don’t mind me asking, I changed my diet last month found out I wasn’t eating neartly enough for the workouts I was doing so I’m eating around 2400 calories a day spread out between 6 400 calories meals, I don’t always hit the count but I’ve been trying to stick with it and avoid crap as much as possible I’ve seen some change but I feel like it’s going to take a bit, I’m also 5’8 168 ish not big just wanna tone out

2400 calories a day seems low for me but I guess if you're trying to lose body fat and you're 5'8" it sounds reasonable. Make sure you get enough protein, at least 1 gram per pound of body weight (more if you're trying to gain muscle).
A clean diet with a slight caloric deficit while keeping protein high will ensure you burn fat and minimize muscle loss. Obviously you want to make sure you're lifting weights often.
It took me about 1.5 - 2 months to cut to 8% of body fat from 16%.
The key is to stay consistent. You'll see changes soon enough, and other people will too.

That's fine dude, 1 or 2 bad meals a week won't affect you that much. I'll eat a bacon cheeseburger or two a week and it doesn't do anything to me. As long as you're clean 90% of the time you should be in the clear.
You're underestimating body fat percentage, it's a very common thing. 8% body fat is nearly stage ready status, you don't get there by just cutting out unhealthy foods. Most peoples' perception of 8% is actually ~12-14% due to inaccuracies of body fat estimations from those shitty bioelectrical impedance devices
This guy explained everything as perfect as it gets, listening to your body. If a certain diet does not make you feel good, then change it and try until you find the right one and dont find excuses 👌🏻Thanks for the amazing video

I had been making good progress dieting and going to the gym and I was feeling good for the first time in a while, then some BS happened, let myself get bogged down (or just convinced myself I was bogged down) and stopped watching what I ate and going to the gym, and I'm not quite back to where I started but I'm not far off.
