This has got to be the best dry power pump I've ever heard.
I stayed at a Drury Inn near Marion, IL, and IIRC, the elevators there were five-story Dover HIGHdraulic.
I went to this tiny little shopping center one time and it wasnt all that exiting but dispite it being really small it did have a really nice schindler HT elevator and Im not sure what brand they were but it did have some really nice escalators in it too

As a fair warning if you didn’t here recently a express elevator at the Chicago John handcock building fell 84 floors due to a cable failure luckily the lifts breaks stoped the lift at the 11 floor please to stay safe make sure the lift was running prior to boarding I telling you this in ordered prevent any accidents

What type of schindler is this?
300A MT.
The whole hotel most hear this thing. Espessially with the open design of the hotel the motor must echo like a dog barking.
What is dry power pump? Does it use air instead of oil or something? ._.
It means the motor and pump is under the oil tank instead of submerged in the oil. Makes it more reliable and allows for more powerful motors.
These things are a disaster. The whole machine room floor is actually covered in oil and I almost slipped when I filmed it, although they do a great job maintaining these.

@@DieselDucy Probably a manufacturing defect one one of the seals on the power unit because only one leaks like that
@@DieselDucy I've seen a few 8 floor schindlers in a apartment and they were Dr powered hydro but none were leaking. This proves that some elevators just are really poorly designed and manufactured

Really nice but WAY too loud for a hotel!!! That's lack of bldg. sound engineering though... not Schindler's fault. These would be fun to ride but staying here would be like trying to sleep between two Kenilworth semi tractors!
