While aside from England failing spectacularly at a tournament, nothing is certain for certain in football, i think Neymar, Pogba and Dybala have already proved that they're capable of winning it sometime. A little later in the future, i can see Kingsley Coman, Renato Sánches, Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford, Ousmane Dembele, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Leroy Sané having good chances for Ballond'or-titles, but they're still young enough to flop. Players like De Bruyne, Dele Alli, Eden Hazard, Yannick-Ferreira Carrasco and Marco Verratti probably also have bright futures ahead of them, but i doubt they'll ever win Ballond'or.
