Also if you wanted to cover the shiny variants as a sort of recolour situation, id say Smoulderlier (my nickname for shiny Chandelure) to have paradise / a restore charge, being more of a generalist attacker with high utility
I like what you did but there are a couple things I would change and it revolves around chandalure. Sypthon would probably better replacement for drain at this point for this point in it's evolution and possibly replace it's normal attack for a triple attack on how it's swaying motion of the chandelier would hit more times than one. Everything else is good.👍
I wanted to keep Siphon to things like Alakazam and Gengar so they can stand out more without as much elemental coverage. Good point on the Triple Attack tho!

Or something akin to Snartle as one of its moves (Fell Stinger) buffs you if it’s used as it’s killing blow
