Enjoyed your video. We have the Polaris RZR XP 1000 and Wildcat X ATV's and we appreciate them, they are strong and hold up very well on our desert trail.
Never understood why almost no one uses stainless for their stock ATV exhausts. My Suzuki KingQuad 750 has a full stainless exhaust and after 7 years and 13,000+kms through Canadian winters it still looks like new and much nicer than most ATV's half it's age. Also sounds nice. Never liked the sound of the 700 twin, had an '03 and it sounded like a leaf blower. Yours sounds nice with the new exhaust. Cool video man.
I have the same problem with my Polaris quad. I would not worried about it, it a common problem with ball joint exhaust on the Polaris quads. Good vid!
or do what you did, I suggest that you dont get an electric jack, we blew its fuse but didnt realize it was a burnt fuse in the dark, so we tried to manaul do it and broke the nut
Bill you can use wood to support the trailer, but install also a steel plate onto of the wood, then it won t sink in, or make a support from steel or metal for it.
just put a floor jack under your receiver hitch and pick up the truck and trailer slightly to get the block out. take out the block, and drop it back down. or your other option is to crank up the camper jack and put down both from stabalizer jacks to hold it up then crank the jack back up and remove the block.
To get the pickup out from under the trailer hitch, let most of the air out the rear tires on the pickup and slowly drive forward and re-inflate the tires.
Have you had the spring from the pipe to the manifold come off on you yet Bill? Lol I did on a previous one I had when I went through a mud hole. It sure did wake me up, thought it had started knocking on me. Good day bud!!!
Hey, Bill I've noticed in some of your videos that your rear view camera is on when you are in drive and I was just wondering how you do that I have a 2015 f-150. Keep up the good work buddy!
hey bill, hitch the trailer onto the truck, raise the jack as high as possible, put a chain on the loader bucker bucker and on the tow hitch and lift the truck/trailer up a few inches to get bottom block out
hey biller you might wanna consider making you a foot with some bigger tubing and a piece of either flat bar atleast a 1/4 x 3x4 drill a hole in the side weld a 1/2 nut on it and just run a bolt into it to keep it on the bottom of your jack it will keep it from sinking in the dirt pavment or wood block when you jack it up
Put the round mesh spark arrestor in with the allen key supplied just take the 4 allen bolts off the end of the muffler to remove the cap then put the spark arrestor in with the round part towards the inside of the muffler. its safer and will improve sound
Bill jack it up then put your stabilizers down on the front of your trailer . Then put a flat metal foot under the jack before you set it down wood blocks.
hey bill. you can put air bags in your rear suspension to level out your truck when hauling, it will be a little rougher but worth it. there about 350$ here in Arkansas.
Hey Bill crank the trailer up above the truck ball and screw down your front stab jacks then crank up the jack from the 6x6 then crank it onto your other block then screw up your front stab jacks maybe?
How complicated is the tuning process. I wanna put a Big Gun on my Polaris Touring 1000 and really know nothing about this shit other than I love the sound. Any advice......
Deerector the big gun optimizers come preset with a tune so all you have to do is install it and go. I have one on my raptor 700 and it's great. It also has detailed instructions on how to adjust the fuel and even has recommended settings listed for different mod setups
Ah the older 180* firing order twins lol the 270* is the real V twin sound people are after. Funny how a few milliseconds make that big of a change in sound
Hey Bill just a thought, but if you've never changed the plugs in that ATV and you're going to have it all torn apart anyways. You should just buy the new plugs to put in instead of just looking at them. My two cents.
am i just ovor thinking this or is it that is he put the camper there with the truck it sinking will make it lower so if its lower then it will go onto the truck beter so its no way he can back up put thoes blocks under the jack and drive away if it went lower then it should still go on the truck if it sinks into the wood and wont go down enuff to go on the truck then it makes no sencs
Agreed. That's the first thing I said. I'd also have to think that when you parked the camper you probably had your other tires on still which were probably just a hair taller than the ones you have now. It is much more likely that your truck is sitting lower than the blocks becoming taller (even though you thought they sunk).
Hey bill how ya been? just wanted to tell u ive been watching for ever! i love the vids and i wanna ask can u do more slingshot videos! And if u could please shout my channel out!
50:54 He looks like a yawning cat😂😂

I like your saying that the spring went for a day trip. That was a new one for me.
It was nice to finally drop by and meet you in person today Bill!
Nice bill! Aftermarket exhausts sound amazing on Polaris's
The spring went on a DayTrip.............Priceless
Some of mine ran away from home, and were never seen again.
that new back box sounds sweet

Sounds good with that muffler. The weather is the same here.
Bill great video the atv sounds much better
when you put the load levelers on, it actually lifts the tongue up, giving you more room
or do what you did, I suggest that you dont get an electric jack, we blew its fuse but didnt realize it was a burnt fuse in the dark, so we tried to manaul do it and broke the nut
That exhaust is soo COOOL .
please do more atv vids i just got a 2010 sportsman 800 and lovr the atv vids cause its the same as mine almost
I would recommend getting the spark arrestor for the pipe, it helps get rid of the ratty noise of it. Well atleast I have noticed
Going to wake the dead with that exhaust lol
700cc!! Holy moly! I've got a 400cc but it's light as hell
I've got a sportsman 450 and a Honda 400ex. Perfect bikes.
Bill you can use wood to support the trailer, but install also a steel plate onto of the wood, then it won t sink in, or make a support from steel or metal for it.
you could put a small cap on the end of the exhaust that points it down / behind
i like your video
bill when you take the plugs out can you put the inspection down the plug holes so we can see the top of the pistons and how bad they are carboned up
just put a floor jack under your receiver hitch and pick up the truck and trailer slightly to get the block out. take out the block, and drop it back down. or your other option is to crank up the camper jack and put down both from stabalizer jacks to hold it up then crank the jack back up and remove the block.

More videos of the quads bud! (:

special tool to take off springs --make one with a wire coat hanger bend into loop and place over spring end and pull!
hey bill, hitch the trailer onto the truck, raise the jack as high as possible, put a chain on the loader bucker bucker and on the tow hitch and lift the truck/trailer up a few inches to get bottom block out
So, did you bring the Slingshot to the dealer to pick up the parts? How did they like that?
sounds good
hey biller you might wanna consider making you a foot with some bigger tubing and a piece of either flat bar atleast a 1/4 x 3x4 drill a hole in the side weld a 1/2 nut on it and just run a bolt into it to keep it on the bottom of your jack it will keep it from sinking in the dirt pavment or wood block when you jack it up
Now you're going to wake the dead with that exhaust!
Bill can you modify the exhaust system on the slingshot?
What camera do you use??
and at that, put blocks under the stabilizers and use those to lift up the entire trailer at once.
put a piece of metal on the block of wood so it won't sink in next time I've had that issue too
i see a rebuild on that 4 wheeler in the future bill what ya think
Put the round mesh spark arrestor in with the allen key supplied just take the 4 allen bolts off the end of the muffler to remove the cap then put the spark arrestor in with the round part towards the inside of the muffler. its safer and will improve sound
Bill jack it up then put your stabilizers down on the front of your trailer . Then put a flat metal foot under the jack before you set it down wood blocks.
the ATV sounds great and cool I think I will get a Kawasaki brute force 300 I hope it will sound like your polaris😀
if you buy the 300 save up for the 750
Ok Thanks I am not roman attwood but😀 more .😀 thank you
Might be louder but sounds greatttttttt
Bill are you going to pre order fs 2017
hey bill. you can put air bags in your rear suspension to level out your truck when hauling, it will be a little rougher but worth it. there about 350$ here in Arkansas.
they're*
+mitchell buss give me a break! it been a long day.
Lol okay
could be the wrong donut gasket for the manifold?
popcorn and a movie bud 😃
+H A Something *
How big is the camper bill
bill on my gramdps fifth wheel it has auto level so what that means is it has six stits and you push a button and it levels it self out
Hey Bill crank the trailer up above the truck ball and screw down your front stab jacks then crank up the jack from the 6x6 then crank it onto your other block then screw up your front stab jacks maybe?
That's how we have always done it. Works great when using multiple vehicles.
i would jack the rear of the truck attached with the trailer to releive pressure on those wood block
Bill your tailpipe and muffler are not lined up right, this may be the reason you have a buzzing sound sometime.
Jack on the hitch till it engaged. and then remove the blocks
put a jack under the trailer tung then put pressure on the and take wood out the lower it again
Doing trailer axels is best done on a flat piece of ash flat
bill what there just a slip in muffler or do you to get the pipe... also first
was*
you don't need to rotate your wheels while you grease the berings
I don't know why your year Polaris sounds really weird?
is that wheeler an opposed or V twin? it sounds opposed...
William Seibert v twin
also i live in ontario and do atv vloging and stuff we should go on a ride together sometime
How complicated is the tuning process. I wanna put a Big Gun on my Polaris Touring 1000 and really know nothing about this shit other than I love the sound. Any advice......

Get the jeep started and do burnouts before it's gone to the junkyard
i dont think the jeep has enough power to do a burnout
The problem is he tried and it won't start the motor is shot.
that jeep will not do a burnout. lol
the jeep can blowup
+Roman Atwood hi Roman
how old is the ATV😐
Bill you need a jack-all farm jack . AB
Bill, you need to get an electric jack for the front of your trailer.
why do you have a front end loader? DAH
Ah the older 180* firing order twins lol the 270* is the real V twin sound people are after. Funny how a few milliseconds make that big of a change in sound
if you haven't fixed the camper and truck issue put a jack under the truck hitch
Bill, when are you having the chicken for dinner
good videos ATV😂😂
You could just put the bolt of the cutting of the 110 and then just lift with that
Exhaust donut are made of lead. If it leaks at a donut it will melt the lead.
Wait, you have to have a plate on it but you can't drive it on the road? What the...
bill I think you need to take your time and have patients with your projects.
Hey Bill just a thought, but if you've never changed the plugs in that ATV and you're going to have it all torn apart anyways. You should just buy the new plugs to put in instead of just looking at them. My two cents.
sound like hot rod atv bill
u left your brakes on on the polaris
am i just ovor thinking this or is it that is he put the camper there with the truck it sinking will make it lower so if its lower then it will go onto the truck beter so its no way he can back up put thoes blocks under the jack and drive away if it went lower then it should still go on the truck if it sinks into the wood and wont go down enuff to go on the truck then it makes no sencs
Same what he was saying made no sense 😂

+CHEAH YEAH lol
U have it in low when u are towing nothing maybe that part why it's getting hot I have the same one btw
of course he does if it is in high it diosent pull as well
Bill use the loader
Which HMF version was this. Most HMF I hear are obnoxiously LOUD. I like the sound of this one. Very tolerable.
it's an hmf swamp series but it's not the XL version, which is the loudest pipe they make
I hate those fucking exhaust springs! Hard as hell to get back on and when u take em off they go flying ahaha
Excuse the cussing
+brent Jones you are completely justified on the cussing. you are right
why do you think so hard? just use the front jacks on the camper and lift it with those and then remove the blocks
Agreed. That's the first thing I said.
I'd also have to think that when you parked the camper you probably had your other tires on still which were probably just a hair taller than the ones you have now. It is much more likely that your truck is sitting lower than the blocks becoming taller (even though you thought they sunk).
That makes sense, even i didnt think about the tires
Yes bill that look like a son of a ##### and it is hard when you have 1,442 people watching you.
