  • Geologist Dr Brooke Johnson takes us on a brief tour of the geology of the Isle of Arran, Scotland. In this episode we look at the ancient volcanos, caves and fossil footprints of Kildonan. We meet a wee frog, out for a stroll, and James loses his glove in the sea! Will he get it back? Watch to find out!

Very interesting. Love your approach. Just for your info Kildonan is located on the southern tip of Arran not on the west coast locations shown on your video. Very interesting none the less.

Thanks for the info! I always get my directions mixed up due to learning difficulties like dyslexia. I can see where things are in my head, but the wrong words come out some times! 😅
